Went for consultation for blepharoplasty and they are billing for other services. Additionally, the entire group was pompous in my opinion. Would give 0 stars if an option.

I had ptosis surgery in Nov 2021. It was a great experience. No issues or problems. Staff and office were great. I would highly recommend

Dr. Baloh is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside " manner. I was very happy with his treatment recommendations. The two assistants in the room were efficient and friendly. My only complaint is the front desk staff. They were disorganized and very slow. I was supposed to be sent paperwork to fill out before my appointment and I never received it. Was there several months ago. Was sent by two doctors for bulging eyes. One was concerned about Thyroid Eye Disease. A Philadelphia doctor diagnosed me with Horner's Syndrome. Either way, I was having swelling, redness, dryness, and pressure. He said he did not receive anything from the Philadelphia doctor with Horner's Syndrome and he didn't believe it. He said he was going to request the doctor's note from that visit himself (making me feel like a liar) even though I had sent in a copy of the report already. He kept asking me what I wanted from him and what I expected him to do for me. He was writhing in his seat and I felt uncomfortable with his aggressive tone. He gave a quick exam and put me on Restasis. Within 2 weeks I called his office to tell them I had an increase in eye pain and was getting headaches. With no response I stopped the Restasis. Just the other day I received a message to confirm or cancel an upcoming appointment. I cancelled of course! Then today I received more messages (text) to a link for a different scheduling system with only "confirm" as an option. I called the office, was on hold for over 10 minutes (never spoke to anyone) then was prompted to leave a voicemail. No return call, the better not charge me! Was there several months ago. Excellent! in 2014 her removed a chalasion from my left lower lid, and it healed up beautifully. He told me ahead of time that I might end up permanently losing a couple eyelashes, which I did, but if that concerned me, we could do a followup surgery. But I really don't care; there is no scar at all. I had to see him recently again to update a prescription for Restasis, which he had prescribed for me to prevent future surgeries, which it has, plus making my eyes on a daily basis feel a million percent better.

The quality of doctors in this practice is excellent. But I left their care because their office staff is horrible. Just tried to get medical records sent and no one picked up the phone for first 30 minutes, then 16 minutes. And then when you finally get a live person, they're unprofessional and unfriendly. That was my experience in the office in person as well with their front desk staff (not the nurses and doctors). It's a real shame. The quality of doctors in this practice is excellent. I was having difficulty with my left eye. I woke up and the eye was swollen, red, watery etc. I seen another Dr. in their Bethlehem office who treated with steroid drops with no success. She referred me to Dr.Biloh. I seen him before with great satisfaction. Wonderful customer service and treatment. This visit was the same with the exception of his assistant. Awful disposition, aggressive and condescending. Fortunately I knew not to judge my experience by his assistant. However being the first person you see upon reception customer service training is needed. I was having difficulty with my left eye. I was referred to Dr. Baloh by my family Dr. for a basal cell carcinoma just below my left eye. After having the carcinoma removed by the surgeon, Dr. Baloh took over from there. During my office visits with him, he really made me fell at ease. He was upfront with me about the possible outcomes, and made me feel more comfortable when he told me that he could cure me of this cancer. The surgery , recovery and outcome all went great. 6 months later, you cant tell anything was done ( he said that would be the case). My family doctor was amazed at the outcome as well. He is very well respected in the medical community. I was very fortunate to have been referred to him.

Dr. Baloh as well as all at Lehigh Valley Eye Center are very professional and friendly. Dr. Baloh did a fantastic job with my eye surgery. I highly recommend him to all.

It was my first visit with Dr. Baloh regarding ptosis. I was referred by Dr. Bausch. After taking measurements and explaining what he was doing and what potential surgery would entail, he answered all of the questions I had. I have an appointment for additional testing, which will determine my eligibility for surgery. Dr. Baloh is approachable, friendly, informed, and professional. I would recommend Dr. Baloh.

Very professional. He explained my eye issue clearly and concisely.

Disappointed. Both my husband and I saw Dr. Baloh for different eyelid issues. We found him to be very limited in his knowledge and skill level. He performed 3 surgeries on my husband's eyelids. None of the surgeries helped. He still suffers from ptosis. I was referred to him by 3 of my physicians for swollen eyelids and he said he didn't know how to help me and couldn't refer me to a doctor who could.

After biopsy, diagnosis was basil cell on lower eyelid. After cancer removal,Dr Baloh reconstructed lower eyelid paying attention to my concerns. Very happy with the outcome.

I had been seeing Dr. Baloh for the past 7 years for Graves disease. I was scared to death but he is the best. Up front and honest. I am now in remission.

When I talked to my friends and relatives, I was informed by some of them that they also had Dr. Baloh and were pleased with their results. I can now join them in being pleased with my results. from my first and second appointments, the surgery, and my 3rd and 4th appointments, everything I was told was right on the money.

Dr. Baloh is a very caring and competent eye surgeon. Before my eyelid surgery, my eyelids drooped so much that they hindered light from entering my pupils. After surgery, I could see things better in low light conditions, not to mention that I no longer look like I am asleep when in fact I am awake. My eyelid surgery exceeded my expectations.

I was referred by my optometrist for a Stye that I had for almost 2 weeks. My optometrist lead me to believe that Dr. Baloh would drain the Stye at my appointment. However, to my disappointment at my appointment I was told by Dr. Baloh that wasn't how it worked and that I needed to wait another 4-5 weeks before he would perform the procedure and to keep working with a hot compress. SAVE YOUR COPAY if you have a Stye. This cost me $100 in copays...

The surgery for my right lower lid ectropion was well done and achieved correction for the sagging lid which has greatly assisted in preventing further susceptibility to undesirable drainage.
