Francis F. Hayden II

The complete lack of care that I’ve received over the last two years that I’ve been seeing Dr. Hayden is astounding. I chose him originally because he was covered by my insurance, but at this point I’d rather go out of network than continue to be disrespected by him. After my initial meeting with him in office we moved my appointments to be over the phone. He has consistently been late to the phone appointments, once even calling at 9pm for a 6:30pm appointment. I’ve been passed off to another doctor in his office multiple times instead of speaking with him. At one point my appointment ended up being scheduled before the practice hours even began, and when I finally had my call returned instead of an apology I was talked down to. Most of my appointments have been rushed through, some being done in five minutes. I’ve wasted my time here because I didn’t think I could get any better. Please don’t make the same mistake that I did and settle, there are so many better options out there.

Dr.Hayden is efficient in both diagnosing and starting a treatment plan. He gave me a numerous amount of option and explained them thoroughly and made me feel optimistic about my next steps . I had a wonderful experience.

Family member a patient, they are worst off, doesn't complete necessary paper work, causing undo stress, because they are now facing lost of their job and more. This has left my family member in distress.

While I was with my daughter in a emergency I met dr Hayden , he was truly wonderful in helping me on president s day when I was so sick,,, thank you dr Hayden . I hope now out of hospital you could be my doctor.!??
