Worst doctor in the area, first she was my general doctor and I decided to change because for some of my illness she wanted to sell me product that she sell.( this has been a couple years ago). But what makes me put this reviews is that they place an appointment for my mom at certain hour she will arrived on time and they will make her wait for hours and when I meant hours is for 2 to 3 hours and then the doctor will always say ohh I am sorry I had inconvenience. We understand once even twice but this had happen several times and then when my mom is explaining why the visit she is always in the phone texting. Her team at front is very helpful and profesional but the doctor Bataille is not professional at all

Excellent physician. She has been my physician for years. She listens and addresses medical needs

They often run behind but, take their time and listen to your needs and concerns. She’s a very caring provider.

Dr. Bataille is one of the best primary care doctors I have had! Dr. Bataille is always spot on in her diagnosis and recommendations. She and her staff are swift to make you comfortable and listen to your concerns. I have moved from Montclair to Lorton, and continue to go to her.

Absolute worst physician I’ve seen in years. Between the language barriers, unreal wait times, rudeness of her and her staff, and lack of communication or calling back after leaving a voicemail. I warn the next patient to keep on looking when searching for a doctor.

our appointment was at 10:15, we have yet to be seen, it’s now 11:23, this is a normal occurrence when coming to this practice. unbelievable.

I picked her as my doctor because she was close. When I made the appointment I wasn't asked to bring medical records or anything. Being that my medical history is complex I did anyway, as well as my medication. My history includes colon cancer, dvt, stroke, brain aneurysm, complex migraines and MS. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my disappointment as requested. My appointment was at 11:30. At 12:20 I asked for the new patient paperwork. I wasn't taken back to see her until 2:30. 3 hours after my appointment time. When the doctor came in she sat down and started asking questions. Some I had already addressed in my paperwork. She asked what medications I was taken. I took the bottles out and right away said she would be taken me off medications. Before she looked at them. As she was recording my medications I told her that the nurse had one of my bottles. She said I'm addressing what's here in front of me. I said I know she has one of my medication bottles and she didn't acknowledge it. She said my medications were unnecessary and would be taken off them. But she wasn't taking me off. She was replacing them. I explained to her I had some hesitations about it due do to how certain medications affected me. (I've had chemo, radiation and many abdominal surgeries) she proceeded to tell me that the new medication had no side effects. Which is absolutely not true. In addition when I tried to talk to her about it she told me she was telling me how it was and it was up to me to accept it. She also went on to tell me I would be placed on holistic medication I could buy at Wegmans. She didn't know that I am an RN have been practicing for 20+ years and it wasn't until my brain aneurysm surgery that I had stopped. I believe in scientific proven testing and medication. Not pills the FDA doesn't even regulate. I had explained to her that I wanted to get back to work in some capacity and really wanted to nail down my migraine medication. She proclaimed she would cure me with again non regulated pills. Once she dismissived my cancer treatment as unnecessary I had enough. I did break down in tears. I was so frustrated that she prior to even talking to me had decided what she would do. Not once did she look at my records or respect the time I've already spend in hospitals trying to get to normal again. When I talked it was ignored or dismissed. I left. It turns out the practice is called Serenity Spa and medicine. The changes she suggested had to do more with services her practice provides that aren't mainstream medical care and not necessarily covered by insurance. I missed the name on my way in. I don't impose my beliefs on medical care on anyone. If you want to try herbs and plants that's up to you. But as a medical doctor I felt she was unethical in trying to manipulate my care so it would be more about cash services than medical care. And gross negligence to not even take my medical records into account. I always tell people to be your own best advocate. Get second opinions. If it doesn't feel right trust your instincts. The doctor is dismissive, condescending and only wants to push her on products She also lied and said there was no side effects to a medication she was trying to sell. My appointment was at 11:30 and I didn't see her until 2:30. She never looked at my medical records nor was she interested in my participation in my medical care. Labeled my cancer treatment as unnecessary.

Dr. Bataille saved my Mom’s life! What more is there to say—Dr. Bataille is extremely professional, deeply caring, and offers her best solutions to family members caring for a a terminally ill patient. My Mom would not have survived in Hospice- at-home care for over two years if it was not for the weekly, extraordinary health care of Dr. Bataille. She is the finest Doctor I have ever met. A ten star rating for Dr. Bataille!

Great doctor and definitely goes by the regulations. I respect he as a physician. A little expensive but if you cover by insurance it’s great. Very nice to talk to and staff as well. Onsite lab so for must results are known very fast. I do recommend her as a first class Doctor.

Prescribed antibiotics that was not relavent or needed. staff unwilling to give a receipt for you to turn into fsa and say you have to wait for EOB. they call to tell you to come in early as they have openings but you get there and have to wait 1.5 hours in front. Plus Dr said I had jaundice because that is what she wanted to say where two other doctors said no way.

Dr. Bataille is one of the best internal medicine doctors I've ever had. She's smart, personable and professional. Her treatment methods are common sense approaches, unlike other doctors who only want to prescribe the latest drugs to their patients. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bataille to a family member.

This is a business place, All they care is to sell weight loss products and the SculpSure treatment. No follow up after treatments and very rude staff. I do not recommend this place.

Be careful if you're doing SculpSure or other treatments, I spend a lot of money , with no results. It is better to consult a plastic surgeon. The staff is very rude at this location. This Dr. is all about the money. I would not recommend this place to any family member or friends.

Dr. Bataille seems to be a very caring doctor who is concerned about eliminating the condition and not just treating it. She is very straight forward in discussing the condition and action to be taken. Very personable and professional.

I tried this doctor because they were the closet to me that met the criteria of what I was looking for. However, the wait time was long for only two people in the wait room, 30 mins. I finally meet / see this doc and she doesn't smile, doesn't greet me. In fact almost looks mad to see me. She doesn't seem interested in what I have to say and only asks basic questions. Spends not even 5 minutes with me and feels she knows what to do. Prescribe me a medication that seems quite excessive in the amount. I honestly get the impression that this doctor is just trying to push people through to make money. They wanted to charge me for this?? Please go somewhere else, I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience it seems.
