Fiona I Masters

I followed Dr. Masters to new practice because we love her as a doctor. However, I waited months for my appointment tomorrow, only to be called today and told "something came up" and I'd have to see someone else or wait until June. The same thing has happened with other family members. Things come up, but when a patient trusts in a doctor enough to follow them, and things do come up, accommodations should be made so that patient isn't moved out another 3 months. The staff that called is also rude.

Is thorough and knowledgeable! I followed to new practice because is felt she was truly good physician! I recommend highly.

I have always loved the way Dr. Masters listens to you. I would have given a 5 stars but the new facilities she is at are a little behind on what they should be doing. She is great.

Dr Masters was very thorough and took time to look at my chart and asked me about all of my past health issues. She was very professional and very kind.

Very receptive to my input and concerns. Dr. Masters took the time to converse with me my past medical history and introduce a proactive approach to combat potential health issues.

I am a new resident in Dothan and had to choose a new Doctor, I choose Dr Masters and seems like I hit the jackpot! She was very through and listened to every detail. She already found a medical condition I didn’t know I had and has a treatment. I feel I can, most definitely, put my health in her care!

Dr. Masters is always a great listener and will address anything with you. She really cares about her clients. She has been a life saver for me.

Love the office -- the staff is nice. Dr. Masters is the best. She listens, she cares, she's knowledgeable, and she takes the time to create a care plan with you and your situation in mind.

Establishing new Primary Care Doctor is hard…we lived close to Jacksonville, FL for over 20 years we went to the Mayo Clinic for all of our healthcare needs…One day we found ourselves living in Dothan, AL now we need to setup new medical for all areas of our health needs!!! My husband is a great golfer & one day he came home from the course with the name of a DR we needed to check out & it was Fiona Master !!! Never looked back…Thank you Dr. Masters

I simply love having Dr. Masters as my physician! She listens and she is so kind. She makes great suggestions for my medical health. She is caring and she has a wonderful bedside manner. She is encouraging and she makes me comfortable, even when I need to do better. I recommend her to anyone who needs a physician.

Dr. Master is a very caring doctor and takes her time to listen and ask questions

Dr. Masters has been my physician as well as my mother’s physician for years. I’ve always felt we have received the best of care. She always addresses all my concerns.

Dr Masters is an amazing Dr. I've been blessed to have her as my PCP. She listens to me and doesn't rush through the appointment. Very kind and knowledgeable.

She's the best Dr I've had in years. I can't say enough good things about her care.

She's a nice doctor. The billing staff should be trained on how to correctly submit claims to insurance companies to avoid a myriad of bills and overcharges.

Doctor Masters has been treating my special needs son for about 7 months now and I have nothing but high praise for this woman. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners .She is soft spoken and my son loves her.
