I did one IUI in his office in Orlando. I didn’t use to have insurance at that time. It was before Obamacare. I used to pay cash every time I go there. Dr. Gomez proposed that I need to do another IUI. But I had to pay $2000 before the beginning.I accepted paid, and signed the papers. However, in the first scheduled appointment, he changed his mind and asked me for $800 more pretending that I had PCOS and I need more blood work. I refused to pay. I felt rushed through all 3 of the appointments I had with him. I also felt like I was second class sometimes because I was doing TI (timed intercourse) rounds and not IUI or IVF cycles. During consultations (the only times I saw him) there were some medical topics that he explained in great detail (even though I knew the information) and some topics that he breezed past without much explanation at all (that I'd never heard before and couldn't find any research to back up). I was supposed to receive orders for bloodwork based on my appointment and after a week I still had not received them. I called the office (frequently a 30+ minute wait for a person) and they said there were no notes about my appointment and they would need to check with the medical assistants and Dr. Multiple calls later they still have not been able to send the order for bloodwork and my new cycle has begun. He is nice enough in general, but I just kept getting the feeling that the care wasn’t personalized and he wasn’t invested in our success. I have had MANY issues with him and his practice. When everything is going as it should in your cycle, they are amazing. However, the moment things aren't the way they should be, you get ZERO support from him or his staff. They won't return phone calls, explain what is happening, or provide any sort of emotional support. The new nurse is DUMB and is awful to deal with. Had we not invested so much time and $$ into this, we would have switched to a new physician. We definitely would NOT recommend.

Love Dr. Gómez, he takes time to explain the process and what can happen, such as the pros and cons. Love their staff, it can at times be a little hectic in the office but overall their customer service and attention has been great! Will recommend to friends and families!

paid for IVF, after reviewing multiple online bad reviews decided to go with a different doctor with better customer service. called to cancel(never started any service with dr. gomez) they said we would be refunded between 30-60 days. it has now been 75 days and they will not return our calls or our money! this has caused us to lose more time to have a baby because we can't pay our new doctor until we get our refund.

Schedules 5+ appointments all at the same time. A 5 minute visit instead will keep you at the office for two hours. Every. Single. Time. The one nurse isn't as competent as she should be and will give out incorrect dosing, which can ruin an entire cycle.
