From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter, the staff was so kind. As for Dr. Jimenez, he was fabulous. He explained everything to my daughter and I. The day of the surgery he made my daughter feel so comfortable and was so caring. I highly recommend this office. Everyone that works there was so caring.

I was very pleased with the service I received here! I was very nervous and dr felix talked me through and made me feel very comfortable. A+ bedside manner. The ladies in the office were nice and helpful. I had the best experience one could have getting a tooth extracted! :)

Dr. Jimenez is an excellent oral surgeon. In addition to his surgical/dental skills, he has a wonderful bedside manner, takes time to answer all questions and thoroughly explain treatment. Makes you feel completely at ease in what sometimes could be considered a very stressful situation. We are very lucky to have him in our community!

I would love to give Dr. Jimenez a rating of excellent. His staff was so sweet and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have a phobia of dentist yet I was very much at ease and not a bit nervous. I know where to go if I have to go back.

When my 3rd child needed her wisdom teeth removed and her dentist only had dentists from in-network insurance listed on the recommendation form, I didn't care, I knew I was taking her to Dr. Jimenez. Dr. Jimenez had previous taken care of my other 2 kids and was exceptional from professionalism to his excellent work and care and followup. The whole staff was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Jimenez.

Dr. Jimenez was very professional and his staff was friendly. He explained all my options and performed a biopsy without any pain or complications. He also explained my results in a way that I can fully understand. I was scared at the beginning but Dr Jimenez was amazing and help me understand all the process. Dr. Jimenez and staff has cared for my family for over 20 years. He provided outstanding care when it came time for my three children to have their wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Jimenez made those experiences positive ones for my kids. He provided a thorough explanation of the process, kept them calm and comfortable and then performed the procedure perfectly. Recently, Dr. Jimenez performed an implant for me. Once again, I was provided excellent care and also receive much needed emotional support through the 6 month process. This could have been nightmare but the staff and Dr. Jimenez made it a dream come true. I would highly recommend Dr. Jimenez. The level of care we receive from him is consistently tops. He is the best.

I needed a tooth pulled that had fractured. I was in a lot of pain. When I called the office they said come right in. I had been there 15+ years ago and remember having a positive experience. My recent experience was excellent. The office staff is professional and friendly. The extraction was quick and easy, and I am a WHIMP. I would have no reservation about recommending Dr Jimenez.

As Dr. Jimenez and staff know, I was extremely nervous and waited 40 years to have this done. They are very comforting/ /efficient/congenial & put me at ease… The surgery (with IV sedation) was way better than I expected and my mouth was healed in a week. It’s only been six weeks and I’m completely normal. I would recommend it to anyone with a Tori problem that’s affecting their every day life! He’s the best !

I'm deathly afraid of dentists/oral surgeons in general. Dr. Jiminez and his staff picked up on that right away and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable both during and after the procedure. The office made sure I knew what to do following the procedure and called me the day after to see how I was doing. Dr. Jiminez was very skillful and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Jimenez removed my 14 year-old son's 4 wisdom teeth and did an excellent job. The surgery was quick and my son had an easy recovery. Dr. Jimenez was friendly and patient with our questions, and the staff was kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend!!

had a wisdome tooth removed. the scariest part was the novocaine but even that was minor. completely painless extraction and good patient care.

I am the world’s worst when it comes to dentists. Dr. Jiminez and his staff put me at ease. Everyone from the front office to the back are friendly. I am 65 yrs of age, and getting large tori removed for the second time in my life. The first time they were removed I was 28 yrs old, and told they would never grow back. My expectations were of course dreadful, but the actual event was amazing!!! All I can say to anyone who needs anything done pertaining to oral surgery, Dr Jimenez is your man!!! The staff is so helpful, and two steps ahead of you on any concern or questions you may have. If I had known how easy this was going to be I would not have waited so long. Thanks to everyone in this office for making this surgery a breeze!!

I will be honest. I was extremely nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Jimenez because he was highly recommended through friends. I just got the procedure done last Friday and today is Thursday and I feel great. It was not at all what I expected the pain or recovery to be. It was so easy, and wish I would of done it sooner. He is honest, very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend seeing him.

Its never a pleasure to undergo oral surgery. But having Dr. Jimenez perform it as close as you will get. I was referred to him by my cardiologist who is also one of his patients. Just after heart surgery I went to see Dr. Felix Jimenez for tooth extraction and implant replacement. His procedure was quick—-pain and stress free—-using only a local anesthetic. There were no fragments of broken teeth, no headaches from drilling, non of the nerves in the other teeth we’re compromised—-just no complications. Recently, Dr. Jimenez extracted 10 upper teeth in prep for a denture plate. Being quite vain about my appearance I was pretty nervous. However, everything about my experience was outstanding! No pain, had new denture the same day and have been getting compliments every day since!

He has removed my wisdom teeth as well as all my three childrens' at different ages. Dr Jimenez has been a lifesaver for my son who has Autism. He treated my son with compassion and respect. Dr Jimenez extracted my son’s wisdom teeth with the utmost expertise. Dr Jimenez didn’t turn my son away when he wouldn’t let the Dr start an IV on him. Dr Jimenez did the procedure in the OR of Memorial Hospital. A simple in office surgery to most can turn into a nightmare for special needs individuals. I am forever grateful to Dr Jimenez.

Dr. Jimenez is highly skilled. His facility is well-equipped, and the staff very efficient. The wait time was minimal. I had the exam and immediately afterward had the procedure done. He did the local with ease and the extractions were done fast and WITHOUT pain. It seemed like it took him two or three minutes to do them. I had seen his excellent reviews online and also, I had mentioned his name to someone who said they too had been to him, and they highly recommended him.

This is my 2nd time to Dr. Jimenez and I must say he delivers nothing but perfection every time. I'm very afraid of going to the dentist and Dr. Jimenez and his staff always ease my fear. Prior to coming to him, I went to my regular dentist twice in an attempt to get my back molar tooth pulled. 12 shots later no tooth pulled. I went to Dr. Jimenez and told him my situation and concerns. He numbed me, waited a while and numb me again. Before you knew it the tooth was out. So worth every penny!!

Dr. Jimenez and his staff were exceptionally professional and compassionate in providing care. The extraction went well, very little pain and swelling afterward, extremely helpful instructions for care and follow-up were provided, and they called the next day to make sure everything was okay. If you have to have oral surgery (which I hope you don't), this is the place to go!

I visited Dr. Jimenez for an extraction. I found the staff to be very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. The doctor was very attentive to my numerous health issues and modified his procedures to address them. This is a very professional group and I highly recommend them.

For my last visit to have an extraction done I, for some reason, would not get numb. Dr. Jimenez had to use about 9 injections of novocaine which made my time in the chair seem like for ever. Not once did Dr. Jimenez rush or act like he was annoyed. He and his staff were calm and so very pleasant. By him being caring and nice I could relax and we got the procedure done. Thank you very much Dr. Jimenez/staff for making me feel at ease when I was in pain.

I have had 9 implants with Dr. Jimenez, all on referral and in cooperation with my regular dentist. The coordination is especially impressive, as on several appointments I have had to go directly from one to the other for treatments that required both -- they set up the timing and I went chair to chair without issue.I have awful teeth, and need a great dentist. Dr. J is the best (along with Dr. Saylor) & this extends over 16 years of experience.

Dr. Jimenez is very professional, experienced and a nice guy . I had to have two teeth removed, bone added and an implant. I expected to be in pain for days if not weeks. I had minor disscomfort for two days after the teeth were removed and no discomfort after the implant. The whole process from beginning to end was a lot easier than I expected. All the staff was great. I highly recommend Dr. Jimenez.

I had a lot of fear going to the oral surgeon to have a tooth pulled, I thought before I got there that I would need to be completely out before I would allow him to touch my tooth. But Dr. Jimenez took the time to first calm my fears and then assured me that local anesthesia was all I needed (saving me $500). He was right I felt no pain only pressure and it was done in less than 5 minutes. The most positive experience you could have, having your tooth pulled.
