I was able to walk-in to the Katy location and do my labs immediately. Rosie was very kind and did an amazing job doing my lab work.

Made my appointment with Letty she was "patient friendly" from day one. Everyone there was so professional! It was an amazing experience! Grateful to have dealt with a doctor like Dr Sahi. Would definitely recommend.

The immigration medical examination for my family was a very positive experience. The staff were especially attentive to the needs of the children, making sure they were comfortable and at ease during the visit, and mainly during the blood test. Letty was very patient and very skilled at drawing blood from the kids. She also followed up with additional vaccines that we had to take, always very responsive to emails and calls, and helped us to streamline the process. The overall qualify of the facility is great, and they were on-time with the schedule. They gave me all the guidance I needed, showed me all the documents before sealing, included a copy of the general documents in the sealed envelope and also delivered a complete copy for my record. I definitely recommend their services.

Dr. and staff did not show up to my scheduled appointment. They switched days of coming to the Baytown location without notifying me. I waited for so long to finally have an appointment at the Baytown location and took off work to not be seen by the Dr. because they just didn’t come.

Very compassion and caring. I am so glad she is my family doctor. Front staff are great.

Disappointing. The office staff did not tried to verify the insurance acceptance ahead of time. Very unprofessional and irritating.

Long wait in the room (45 minutes). "Sealed envelope" was scotch tape with a stamp. Overpriced.

My family know Dr Farzana Sahi from the beginning of her practice. Dr. Sahi is the best Internal Medicine Physician I,my family & friends have encountered. Her constant smile cure half the complain of patients. Her experience in her field is tremendous and that let her complete the diagnostic process much faster so first prescription often cure the patient. I strongly recommend her service to every one.

Dr. Sahi is an exceptional Physician She is kind and caring Her staff are knowledgeable and helpful they make you feel like family When I first met Dr. Sahi I contacted my parents and immediately made her their physician as well and neither of us have Regret Making the decision for her to be our Family Dr I wish she did pediatric care as well she will care for the children if we if she could

Incompetent staff, doctor did not do a thorough exam. Went for a physical start to finish Doctor spent less than 5 minutes in the room. Won't return calls had to keep calling. Send to lab not covered by insurance, after I had said make sure the lab is in my network.

our family doctor for over seven years - had bad cold/cough affecting lungs + asthma attack. Within 20 days fully cured with correct diagnosis. Polite and very soft spoken. Highly recommend - I wish her my best wishes and more success in her profession. ABBAS ABDULLAH
