My daughter inlaw has had a horrible experience here. She has had nothing but trouble getting lab results, always wanting to do one more thing before they give results to her. It has been 7 days and she has still not been given her results from last week or from 3 days ago. She is going through a miscarriage and no one seems to give a damn! Terrible Patient Service. When you call you are placed on hold, then your call will 9 times out of ten drop and then you have to go through it all over again. When you call you are most of the time not even asked if you will hold they don't even say hello they automatically place you on hold. they also act like its a Chore to assist you with what you need. Unreliable. Late for appointments. Does not follow through does not send in rx's as says she will. Does not send orders to hospital when she is supposed to. You turn your life upside down for a surgery she schedules and she takes a vaccine known to make people sick midweek. A normal responsible person with common sense takes it on a friday so they have the weekend to recover. Not midweek with people relying on them. I had my first visit with Dr. McSpadden today and it was amazing. I was very, very nervous about the appointment because it had been quite some time since I had a wellness exam, but Dr. McSpadden and all of her staff made me feel so calm and took care of me. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I’m happy to have found someone who can make me feel so comfortable and important when I make an appointment. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy immediately and I was even sent home with samples of vitamins that were vegan and kosher certified. (Very important to me that my dietary restrictions were supported. :) ) I had my first visit with Dr. McSpadden today and it was amazing. Dr McSpadden is an excellent provider! I trust her decisions and she is always there to help with anything needed. Office staff is super helpful and friendly as well! Highly recommended!

I love Dr. McSpadden. I've never once felt the need to question her decisions or care. We have always been on the same page with my healthcare. Also, being private pay, she always does her best to find me the cheapest price for procedures, tests, and medications. I've never had a Dr as great and helpful as she is, and I've seen my fair share. I have a condition that I've had for years, she is the only Dr that figured it out, and on my first visit! The others never looked at the whole picture.

She has done some amazing surgeries that I wish I hadn't needed. She's approachable, down to earth, ,thoughtful of your future outcome and how it would effect my life and my families. Not to mention she's a Veteran! And her staff is very caring and understanding
