Loved Dr. Garmany, but her receptionist Elaine was extremely rude and incompetent! She clearly needs to have Elaine replaced with someone who knows how to do that job correctly.

As a medical billing professional, I know what a provider must and must not do in their billing office. I have been shocked by her billing staff more than once. They have been persistently dishonest in an attempt to cover their own incompetence. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but Dr Garmany needs to do something about this issue. I had to transfer my son’s care to another pediatric cardiologist two hour’s drive north because of this problem.

Dr. Garmany visited my daughter in the NICU. She seemed to be more concerned about answering her cell phone and talking to her son than my daughters heart condition. Also, I called to update our insurance because the wrong one was billed. They billed my wife's insurance and my daughter is on my insurance. The billing lady was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenienced and that I provided the hospital the incorrect information. Would not go back to this office for follow up care due to the lack of professionalism. Dr. Garmany visited my daughter in the NICU. Dr. Garmany is wonderful but her office receptionist/office manager is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. Dr. Garmany needs to hire someone more professional. Billing was done wrong and she refused to send me a copy of the statements sent to insurance. I have never been treated so unprofessional.

Dr. Garmany is amazing and very thorough. I appreciate everything that she done for my daughter but she needs a new receptionist. This lady is beyond rude for no reason. She's rude on the phone and in person. Thank God this was our last visit!!

The extremely rude receptionist demanded 600$ from us, AFTER we had a test machine strapped to our son. She said she was unsure about our insurance, and in order to proceed further, she would need that payment. Honestly, she couldn't have been more heartless. Stay away from this office and save yourself the trouble.

Dr is great office staff is rude and unprofessional. It really sucks when you love a doctor but have to switch to keep your sanity because the office staff is horrid!

Dr Garmany is such great doctor.My daughter has DS and is hard to work with and she is kind and caring. Office is always clean and we love her nurse Jessica. Garmany has been with us since day 1 and visited us in the nicu. She shows kids toys and tries to make them feel calm because getting a heart echo done can be scary. Dr. Garmany explained the procedures she made on my son along the way. She asked both he and I questions making both of us at ease. We did not feel rushed but she did not delay her work either, which I appreciated. I wanted to get my son back to school. Along the way, she told us what she was seeing in the echo and that all looked great. Very reassuring. While we do not need to return, thankfully, if we needed to, she would be our pick.

Dr. Germany is amazing! She was wonderful with my daughter and us when our daughter was born. She explained everything in detail and was very patient. I agree with almost all of the other reviews though her office staff is very rude. They will argue with you about any and everything, her office manager argued with me about my copay. The insurance company had to explain to her why she was wrong and she still couldn't understand. You can't argue with ignorant though.

Dr garmany is a great doctor! I also love her nurse Jessica but the receptionist is very rude. She will not let you pick the time that’s best for you. She tried to tell me they don’t have any 10 am slots ever. My daughter is special needs and is hard to get ready in the mornings. She also told me that I didn’t have a far drive. Love the doctor and nurse but needs new office staff.

Dr Garmony is very nice but her office staff is horrible. Very rude no matter if you call or are just there for your child a check up. She needs a new receptionist ASAP

Not to big on the staff.. But the doctor herself is amazing and a sweet heart. You can tell she's passionate about her jobs and children as we'll. Would definitely recommend her many.

I am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 1 and over 20 yrs i have been with Dr. Garmany with all 3. I am extremely satisfied with her. I have been through open heart surgery with my daughter too simple procedures as ekg follow ups as i had today with my son i would highly recommend her to any one of my extending family and friends. Thank you Dr.Garmany

She was great with my daughter. At 14 she is a very worried little girl. Dr Garmany was awesome with her.

As a healthcare worker myself and an employee of the same health system as Dr. Garmany I can say I am very disappointed with the level of compassion in the office, from the receptionist to the medical assistant to Dr. Garmany herself. Their motive seems to be to make a profit not to provide quality care.

Called the office to see about followup appointment for foster child placed in my home. Office staff was RUDE. Keep saying they could not release any information to me ( I informed them I had Court documents and guardianship papers) they said they couldn't take them? ... When I asked if she could tell me how, he told me to go see my local Dr., Which I had and signed a release at that office to get records from Garmany's Office? .... The staff was RUDE after getting no where I asked to speak with someone who could just tell me what I needed to do to make sure he didn't miss an appt, I got another nurse who stated "You was already told, we can't give you any information" and HUNG UP on me! ....
