Outstanding dermatologist. Efficient office

She’s to rushed! Went for different lesions, she looked at a few and said they were bug bites. One on my ankle she didn’t even see it and now it’s grown huge and what was circular has now developed into an uneven lesion. Will be seeing another Dr, because these are not bug bites! Thing is huge and has turned black and crusted! She removed one and wouldn’t even look at the others, because of her quickness! I’m not satisfied with her at all.

Always a great experience with Dr Esterson and her staff.

I have seen her on a couple of occasions and she has always been easy to see and the wait is never too long. The thing that I liked best is that she worked with my primary care doctor in what is the best form of treatment for my condition. I would recommend her to others.

Dr. Esterson is a very caring, thorough and smart doctor. She has helped my entire family for years.

Went to her twice concerning a mole in 2014 and 2017. She diagnosed as limpoma and removed it. The next time, Shevon same me and removed a limpoma/cyst. Everything went well.

the doctor herself is okay - quite rushed and don't expect her to walk in and be up to date on what's in your file. The patient needs to be knowledgeable and to REMIND her because she doesn't remember (understandable but take 5 minutes to review what she's written in your file before you walk in) Many many mistakes have been made in the 4 years my family and I have been patients. Her staff have zero customer service skills and her billing office is a complete mess.

It's extremely rare that I leave any type of feedback but after my latest appointment disaster I felt obligated to help anyone out there who might decide to see this dermatologist office. Last year I made an appointment for a standard body scan to check for moles, etc. I waited in the office for 25 minutes before being taken back to an exam room where I waited along for another 65 minutes before leaving in disgust. Today waited for another hour before leaving in disgust!

Don't expect to see a doctor. She will send her PAs in to diagnose and treat you unless you want cosmetic procedures then she will see you. More concerned about making money than your care.

I would never recommend this Dr. or its staff. The Dr. is always running from one patient to another, the office staff is rude and my elder family member got cut in the face with a cosmetic procedure. They promised to return her money since she had paid for others and never did. The office manager kept avoiding my calls. They kept over $400.00 of hers. Please do not waste your time or your money going here.

She explains things well and takes time with you to make sure you understand. I enjoy my visits with her and she has helped me with all my skin care needs
