I visited Dr. Kaplan for a trigger finger and he suggested surgery. During my first visit, he answered my questions and convinced me that surgery will be the best option. After surgery, I had a complications with local anesthesia in couple fingers not only the one I had the surgery on. When I called them, they never answered me back. I stopped by the office, one of his team told me “ it could be a problem from the anesthesia. You could have a damage nerve and there isn’t anything we can do to you” they also said the doctor is in surgery and they will call me back after they talk to him but they never called me back. I still have complications after couple months. Every time, I schedule an appointment with him, they sent me his assistant. Never saw him after surgery. He never bothered to check on the surgery at least once. Very very disappointed and wished I never had a surgery with him. He doesn’t care about patients but only about money.

Dr Kaplan is an amazing dr/surgeon! He’s very kind and knowledgeable. If I need any surgery for hand or shoulder, I won’t see anyone but him.

Everything seems like it went smoothly and will for my upcoming minor surgery.

I had a bump on my thumb and Dr. Kaplan was very nice and explained that it was a cyst and they could remove it surgically. But I’m still thinking about whether or not to have it removed. (It’s not very big)

I have seen Dr. Kaplan several times. Every time has been one of the best experience. They are kind, considerate, and most of the time on schedule and he takes his time speaking and explaining everything.

I have been to Dr. Kaplan several times and have found him always very nice and friendly. He has always helped me with my trigger fingers. I just saw him Friday and he gave me a cortisone shot and my finger improved very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.

He ran a little late otherwise the visit was great. I was there for a follow up but he also addressed a new problem.

Efficient and courteous office and staff. I traveled a distance and was late for my appointment. I did call and tell them I was delayed. So, arriving late, I was registered and treated promptly and courteously. Dr. Kaplan is kind, knowledgeable and proficient. He physically assessed, ordered and scanned x-rays on the spot, diagnosed and treated the problem within approx. 1 hour. We were there about 1.5 hours, door to door. Results of treatment? So far, so good. ??

Procedure was explained well, I feel confident about having surgery.

My family has a history of dupuytren's contracture. I have had injections with Dr. Kaplan and recently surgery for this genetic disease. He is OUTSTANDING in his field and I recommend him without hesitation to any person suffering from this condition. Any surgery involving fingers is risky because of nerves, tendons, etc. I have had cousins who have had botched surgery experiences with disasterous results. He is an expert and totally dedicated to his patients.

I got in relatively quickly with Dr Kaplan. I was very impressed with him. Very easy going and gave great information on diagnosis and treatment plan. I was injected on first vist and scheduled follow up. I was given call instructions and exercises to do between visits. My problem is, I called his CMA, Jesse three weeks in a row, with no follow up call. I am a triage nurse and this is inexcusable. Thus, unless you can be treated in one visit, I would not recommend Dr Kaplan.
