Dr. F. Charles Arens

Dr. Arens went above and beyond what was required to make sure I could save my back tooth. He did my root canal about a year ago. I was still experiencing pain afterwards, so, he redid the root canal. He even did the filling free of charge when my general dentist refused to do it.

Little things mean a lot: fitting me in when I'd cancelled but pain had returned, the blanket, the calm atmosphere and quiet assurances from Dr. Arens throughout, Xavier, a remarkable, kind and expert assistant, letting me see "the before and after" of my tooth, answering a myriad of questions, the feeling that I was NO DOUBT IN AN EXPERIENCED MASTER'S HANDS helped me unclench my fists and remain relatively calm throughout, and much more!
