Never went there, but called for my gf to see if they accept her insurance. The doctor answered the phone very rudely, in a dry raspy voice, as if he hated his life. Didn't say hello, or good bye. Just simply said "No I do not". Despite that call, his voice alone is sure to make a client feel very creeped out.
