Seeing Dr. Stek is like seeing an old friend. He’s a wonderful Doctor and an overall great guy overall. Highly recommended.

Dr Stec was great. His staff, especially the one who does the allergy tests, was rude and didn't want to answer any questions. I was the last patient that day and had to walk through the dark waiting room because they turned the lights off before I left.

Waiting 1 month for test results. Very poor customer service.

At my first visit he spent a lot of time and answered a lot of questions and I thought it was more than adequate. He prescribed some meds, and ordered imaging tests. They have some outdated office procedures, use a lot of paper instead of technology. I took prescriptions my previous ENT had me on for years which worked as I have chronic sinus issues. He didn't want to " treat me that aggressively." I dropped off the prescriptions he gave me but 3 weeks later they are still pending approval from insurance as they need more info from the doctor. The pharmacy contacted the dr.'s office 2-3x and I contacted them once already in this 3 week period to please submit the prior auth information. The pharmacy claims they still have not heard back. Took my rating from higher to much lower. Very unprofessional but If they did provide the info and it's the pharmacy mix up, I will gladly correct my rating. Dr stec is amazing. Very welcoming my whole family goes here they are one of the best! He is great!

Dr Stec is amazing and extremely knowledgable. He saved me two diferent times when other doctors misdiagnosed me. The only doctor I have ever recommended to others

continue from the last post. My primary dr tried multiple times and I do have proof of that. so now I am going to the drs office as I requested from my primary dr that I will take the paper over there myself and throw it in their face and tell them to put this in your pipe and smoke it and leave. very very unprofessional staff there. will not ever recommend anybody to go there with the staff being very nasty towards peopl

As a doctor he was very thorough. He spent quite a bit time establishing me as a new patient, which I was pleasantly surprised about. He explained what he felt was going on with my allergies, sinuses, etc. I was at the office a total of two and a half hours from start to finish because they were behind schedule. In the future I plan to call the office the morning of my appointment and make sure they aren't running an hour or more behind as I will just come in then.
