My gosh! While I can't review the actual practice of the MD, I couldn't get past the rudeness of the scheduler/receptionist. She answered the phone rather rudely and when I asked specific questions she was short and curt. Unreal any practice would have this person answering the phone talking to clients. No thank you. Dr's are a dime a dozen. Clearly not a caring OR professional practice if this is who is handling your phone calls and scheduling.

This office has an 'answering service' that is not the office itself. They take your info, and send it to the office, to have them call you back. Which is the worst process for a provider's office I've ever encountered. They call you back when it suits them, and of course, you're not available. The result? You never get in touch with the office, and never get scheduled. I have tried 3 times to do it this way, and am still without direct contact with the office, and no appointment scheduled. Tons of hidden fees they aren’t up front with you about. Adding on things that weren’t necessary. Will not be back.

Will not be back $1100 for an appt less than 20 mins. AND not letting your new patients know you have a $275 new patient fee is sneaky and dishonest.

Best doctor I have ever met! He made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedure and answered all my questions! He was genuine from the moment I met him. I highly recommend him for any foot needs.

Dr. R was the 4th podiatrist I saw for a stress fracture that was still painful after it had “healed”. The doctor took X-rays and said he didn’t see where there was a stress fracture, but suggested taping and custom orthotics to help correct my issue. They didn’t, and 15 months after my fracture, my foot STILL HURTS. Now I’ve even developed plantar fasciitis. The visit and recommendations cost me a boat load of money and weren’t helpful. Very friendly, helpful and provided great resources

Solved a problem (on super short notice) that 7 doctors have not been able to solve. Seems like a super human to boot.

Efficient, knowledgeable. Gave explanations in terms I understood. Gave workable recommendations. Very pleasant demeanor.

I am so happy that I found this doctor. He was thorough and kind and informative. After seeing 4 other doctors for the same issue, he was able to help in a way they didn’t!

Everyone was very friendly, and Dr. Rosenthall seemed to pinpoint exactly what was going on with my ankle. I appreciated the x-ray and thoroughness to confirm I do not have a sprain. They set me up with a foot brace and I was on my way!

He provides excellent diagnosis and always discusses different options for dealing with the problems I had with bone spurs on one foot and then nail issues with my other foot. He listens well, is very friendly, positive and professional. His knowlege is excellent and he gives clear advice and direction. I would highly recommend him for all foot care. Dr. Rosenthal is not only kind, but explains things very well and in such a way to put the patient at ease. My husband and I both see him for various issues and are both very pleased with our results.

Dr. Rosenthall and his staff were well prepared to evaluate me as a new patient. He explained clearly the xray results and the surgery procedure for a bunion osteotomy and with time for me to ask questions.

Dr Rosenthall was amazing! He took the time to explain the problem, the available solutions and helped me make a decision. He diagnosed and treated my issue during the initial visit, which he didn’t have to do. He took the extra time and accommodated my needs. Much appreciated!

Dr. Rosenthall was amazing with my very nervous 11 year old boy with an ingrown toenail. He was so good at explaining exactly what he was going to do and really genuine in his approach. My husband had such a great experience with him, so when I was in need of a podiatrist I scheduled an appointment too. Dr. Rosenthal has a great bedside manner and is very efficient. Took my teenage son to see Dr. Rosenthall for some bruised toenails from playing soccer. He was great! Friendly, straight forward, and a quick ‘fix’ in the office. He explained what was going on with my sons toes and what he could (and did) do to help. His staff is also friendly, professional and prompt. Dr. Rosenthall is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He did surgeries on both of my feet a few years ago to remove bone spurs. It all very well, and I'd highly recommend him. I went back this week for a new issue and got all the info and options I needed in a brief visit.

Dr. Rosenthall goes out of his way to make sure the patient understands what ought to be done and includes potential risks to each procedure. I have not always had that with other podiatrists. He demonstrates a sincere desire to help his patients and get them absolutely pain free. He is warm, caring and has a great sense of humor!

Dr. Rosenthall is awesome! I would injury my foot just to come see him. He’s thorough, considerate and just the consummate professional. I did, in fact, break my foot in two places. I came to see Dr. because my foot didn’t seem to be healing. After a thorough examination he was able to tell me what was going on and get me on my way. Mallory is pretty great as well. It is always an ideal experience when I have appointments with Dr. Rosenthall. He is outstanding and provides options to come up with a plan of action. Not only is Dr. Rosenthall a very knowledgeable doctor; he is very personable and a very nice man. Shanna, the receptionist is very pleasant and efficient as is Dr. Rosenthall's medical assistant. Earlier this year Dr. Rosenthall performed "magic" to get me into Outpatient Surgery at Rose a few hours after my appointment in his office. He determined that my issue required immediate attention and he got it done.
