E.R. visit at thayer. I'm sad to say this person has no place practicing medical needs. He said I'm retaining carbon monoxide but my carbon dioxide level is down. Indicating a false high oximeter reading ... Sent me home " stay on your home oxygen, it rids the carbon monoxide!!!! I'm very congested, headache, weak and have no idea how much supplemental 02 is now needed! With a COPD patient this is horrible! Discharge summary not complete, terrible experience and I pray I'm alive until Monday!

Had to make 3 trips to ER to get simple help needed.. He didn't listen to the issue.. Assumed all the wrong assumptions and treated me as a waste of his time when I had to come back due to wrong diagnosis. Refused to ask for help for guidance to correct issue and I had to stand strong demanding answers and making him call a specialist who had a simple fix to a common issue.

Dr Charlebois has been great for my wife and me. He is very smart, analytical and, most importantly, listens first and then makes his assessment.
