I have been a patient of Dr. Bailey's for a year. He is the best foot doctor that I've ever had! He listens to all of my concerns and is great at explaining his diagnosis and procedures. His staff is also wonderful! I highly recommend.

Dr Bailey is a great surgeon and a thoughtful empathetic caring doctor. His explanations are understandable. directions are clear and comprehensive and he is never in a hurry to get out of the room. I unequivocally recommend Dr Bailey for any foot surgery.

Dr Bailey is very down to earth and was straight to the point. His knowledge and insights are holistic and extremely helpful. He gave me a lot of hope for recovery and healing.

Dr. Bailey performed surgery on both of my feet. First, I love his bedside manner. He is brilliant but so approachable. He’s confident but not arrogant. I’d been putting the surgery off for years. I’m so glad I finally did it and couldn’t be happier with Dr. Bailey. He’s very invested in his patients. He’s also super proud of his work - which I love! I’m thrilled that he’s proud of his work. Also, the surgery center was great. Lovely people who are very devoted to their patients. I felt like I was in the hands of true professionals who genuinely cared about me. Surgery is never fun but I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr Bailey, the outcome and the care I received.

Dr Bailey, is the Best!

I made an appointment with Dr. Bailey in September with the sole intention of having a surgery performed on my foot. This was made abundantly clear to them before I ever met with him. I met him three times total, planning and scheduling my surgery for the end of the year because I had met my deductible and so I wouldn’t be paying out of pocket for an extremely expensive operation. One week before my surgery I got a call telling me that Dr: Bailey couldn’t perform surgery because my insurance didn’t cover a hospital for him to perform the surgery. They had months to figure this out. I could not have been more clear about my intentions. The surgery was schedule months in advance and yet, with all of two weeks left in the year I was told he couldn’t do it, but “worry not!” His assistant John assured me that we would figure it out one way or another— that another doctor within resurgence could do it, and wouldn’t ya know it, that doctor couldn’t either. They just don’t care enough.

After repeatedly calling and not receiving a call back, John passed me off for someone else to tell me they would figure it out, that they “understand my pain”, only to the ultimately be told there was nothing they could do. Every single step of every single day I experience a great deal of pain and thanks to their negligence that will continue even longer. I wouldn’t recommend this Doctor’s office to anyone as it’s clear that they have too much on their plate to provide adequate service. Also, as a general rule, maybe don’t tell your patients that you “understand their pain.”, because in this case, with these people, it could not have come off any more contrived.

I have been his patient for complications of diabetes in my feet for almost 20 years. I have needed surgery several times over that time. I am also a physician. I have and will continue following Dr Bailey where ever he goes. He is the only doctor I go into atlanta to see.

Dr Bailey, it’s an amazing professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable in his field. After 3 years I live without foot and ankle pain, without any medication! His approach of treatment was simple and very appropriate for my condition arthritis and plantar fasciitis! Forever grateful! Thank Dr Bailey!

Doctor Bailey did my surgery February 2020 and I am pain free on my right foot! I got a toe joint replacement and can hike, bike wear heels and I don’t have to soak my foot at night anymore. My life has approved a great deal!

Today marks one year since I had surgery for a severe bunion, rigid hammertoe of the second metatarsal & torn plantar plate. A genius & caring surgeon, Dr. Erroll Bailey, performed PROstep Minimally Invasive for the bunion & corrected the hammertoe & plantar plate. I had minimal pain & was in an athletic shoe at eight weeks. Dr. Bailey, thank you & your staff for the excellent care that was given.

I recommend Dr Bailey without reservation. My experience with him has been superb. In January 2019 I had ankle replacement surgery. I had a very painful and deformed ankle resulting from a motorcycle accident 49 years ago. My leg was set at an angle resulting in my ankle being rolled out. It eventually shifted and was terribly arthritic. Others said nothing could be done or recommended fusing my ankle. Ninety days out I am walking with no pain or. Remarkable. He is a gifted surgeon

Wow I thought I was going to have to live with my big toe looking the way it did for the rest of my life but, Dr Bailey fixed it perfectly I couldn’t be more happy he, is a funominal doctor very very sweet great bed side manner he’s just a perfect doctor I’m so glad my husband found him. Dr. Bailey did foot surgery after another provider in another area botched it. Dr. Bailey created an Achilles tendon. I have had follow-up care with him for 2 years and still believe him to be the best around. Bedside manner is also great!

I broke my foot and the urgent care folks said I needed a specialist. When I asked for a referral, they suggested Regents. My meeting up with Dr. Bailey was luck of the draw and I wish I had bought a lottery ticket that same day because clearly, I was in the mode of picking right. Great doctor. Great bedside manner. Easy going and does the right thing on behalf of the patient. I hope to never break another bone in my foot, but if I do, I know exactly who I'll call.

I chose Dr. Bailey to perform corrective ankle surgery. He was actually the 2nd specialist I consulted with, and sure enough came to the same diagnosis and suggested course of action. I went with Dr. Bailey because he was open and direct with me about my condition and was more than willing to answer all of the many questions I had. I am almost 5 weeks out of surgery and I am more comfident than ever that he is the best surgeon in his field. His staff is also very professional, accommodating,

In 1999 Dr. Bailey fused my right ankle. On March 28, 2017 he removed that fusion, replaced my ankle joint and did a sub-talar fusion. After 13 weeks I am fully recovered, able to walk normally and without pain. The surgery was complex, took over six hours and was a complete success. He and his staff always put my needs first and I couldn't be more pleased or more strongly recommend him as a surgeon. I felt like a I won the lottery.

I went to the emergency room and was advised that I have a spiral ankle fracture with torn tendons. Dr. Bailey was fast and efficient in observing my injuries and scheduling me for surgery. I'm healing well and very pleased with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Dr. Bailey!
