The lady answering the phone is very rude and inconsiderate I believe her name was Suzanne. Because I missed an appointment in my past I was turned away for a dental emergency even after apologizing I don’t recommend this kind of place to anybody

I haven't actually seen this dentist but I had to cancel my appointment the day of and the woman answering the phone was very nasty (not very good people skills) because I didn't give 24 hours notice which I couldn't and explained that I threw my back out and could not walk or stand straight she just didn't want to hear anything more from me and all she heard was that I was canceling and nothing more when I asked to reschedule her response was I guess we can give you another chance but call back to set up the appointment when you know that you are feeling better! I decided to go else where I don't have time for people who are not understanding!!!! Good luck to any new patients with this place. Very friendly and professional dentist practice. I have been going for many years and continue to tell my friends and family.

As a long time patient I continue to have a great experience. I never have to wait once I arrive for my appointment, and all staff are friendly. Dental work is very good. They are proactive and always looking for anything that concerns them and explain it to me with options. And, they now have a plan for some discounted pricing on certain routine work. Although I now just have to do regular cleaning and x-rays, there was a time years ago after years of chemotherapy treatment this was not the case. Dr. Power's arranged dental implants and a three part bridge backed by gold. These teeth feel exactly like my own. They are as good now as the day he put them in and I am always complemented on my smile. I can eat anything I want with them and I have never had a problem.

He is honest and will be upfront about what work needs to be done and what is optional. The office is extremly well run, I get a reminder before I go, my appointments are always on time and everyone is very friendly.
