I drive an hour and 15 minutes to see Dr. Ernest. I love this practice.

Dr. Benedetto is the BEST. He is a perfectionist, kind and so skillful. He saved MY LIFE!! I would recommend Dr. B !!

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The doctor even gave me a coupon lowering the price of a epiduo forte from over 100 dollars (after insurance) to completely free.

If you are complaining about waiting you have to ask yourself if you were being worked on would you want to be rushed in and out? The staff is good. Some are better than others but they are not the Doctors or the Nurses.

I love dr benedetto.He treats me for my skin cancer,and checkups.I would recommend him to everyone.

Called to make an appointment. Was asked about insurance before being transferred to scheduling. I left my name and number. Have yet to get a call back. Suffice to say, I will not use this establishment.

I agree with the reviewer Roberta. Dr. Paul and his nurse Nora are wonderful. The front desk staff is not.

looks like only people who had a problem wrote a review...I'd like to say that the staff has always been professional and helpful and that Dr Ernest Benedetto is awesome- knowledgable, professional and kind.

I absolutely love the doctor's in this practice. Dr. Ernesto is so knowledgeable. He was able to tie multiple issues together which the other doctor's I have seen were not. He spoke in a language that made everything very easy to understand.

Really explains the the procedures in lay terms and is very friendly

Long waits to get an appointment and long wait to see the doc. Sometimes an hour and a half after appointment time.

Terrible customer service.Drexel Hill Branch. Gave one star for the phone being answered by a human, but did not expect someone rude. A woman answered the phone as if she did not want to be at work, when I told her what I called for she tries to get me of the phone by telling me there is nothing available for months on out, with an attitude as if I was disturbing her. I say ok, so she gets frustrated and says well what kind of insurance do you have, I tell her blue cross personal choice , she replied you just told me three different types your going to have to get your card and read it. I get the card and read it and it says exactly what I said the first time. She say well that's not what you said the first time, I told her I'll take my business elsewhere and hung up. The Doctor my be good but you have to get through the receptionist first, good luck because she's anger with terrible customer service skills. Terrible customer service.Drexel Hill Branch.
