Dr. Dewitt is thorough and takes the time she needs to explain things. Her style is reminiscent of days gone by, when family practice physicians took time to know and understand their patients.

Dr Dewitt and her staff are AMAZING!!!! Hands down the best Doctor i've seen in a long time.

Dr. Dewitt is beyond amazing! I can't tell you how impressed I am with her knowledge. She treats you like a human, not a number.

Started going there for the NP who left shortly after, so saw Dewitt. After years of not one smile and feeling like it was a bother that I even showed up (after they contacted me), plus the lack of follow up, demeaning and demanding attitudes, and her general "I am god" mannerisms, I left for greener pastures. I no longer cringe or have an anxiety attack when I enter my new doctor's office. PLUS I now have a normal BP reading even though I suffer from "white-coat syndrome", something I never experienced with Dewitt.

Dr. Dewitt has been my doctor for several years. In addition to annual checkups, I've gone to see her for several other medical conditions. She listens well, has a good "bedside manner" and is quick to diagnose and treat my medical problems or refer me to an appropriate specialist. I feel very blessed to have her as my GP. I highly recommend her. There have been times when I had to sit and wait beyond my appointment time and there have been occasions when the front desk staff was not very cordial, but those were exceptions. I highly recommend Dr. Dewitt!

If I got hit by a car in the parking lot of this place I’d request to go somewhere else! Getting in touch with the office to talk to anyone is literally impossible... I have went by the office 2 days in a row and asked for a prescription to be called in... lady behind the desk said they called it in... and still 2 days later.... nothing!!! I will be going to a different doctor I have never been so disappointed in a doctors office in my life. I wouldn’t take my dog here. Dr. Dewitt is a great doctor but it's impossible to get someone on the phone. It doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week. I've called 10+ times in one day and no one ever answers the phone.

Dr. DeWitt is thorough, detailed, and has excellent bedside manner. She takes her time to listen and answer all of my questions, and follows up with any of my concerns. I highly recommend her.

Great visit, thorough exam, clear explanations. Dr. DeWitt is a very good physician. I am very confident in her ability to handle my problems.

Worst doctor I ever had. Never on time always waited 30 to 45 mins before anyone would come see you after you finally get to a room.

Once you can get past the front desk staff, and room tech, when you actually see Dr Dewitt, it isn’t so bad. Dr Dewitt does genuinely care and is quite knowledgeable and helpful. The problem with this practice is the support staff and lack of ancillary services available. Simple blood tests take an exceptionally long time to come back (over a WEEK for a simple CBC!) and most recently, after a FULL WEEK of anxiously awaiting results, were told that our blood sample was bad!! And you’ll have to travel to other offices for x-rays and such. Trying to reach anyone on the phone is exasperating. No matter the time of day, you’ll have to leave message after message and then experience the rather annoyed clerks attitude when they do finally call you back. The staff and Dr.DeWitt are thorough and pay attention to my complaints.

She’s a really good doctor that truly cares about her patients

Dr. DeWitt really does listen and cares. She doesn’t try to push medications on me that are unnecessary, and she doesn’t prescribe the newest most expensive medications as others have done. It does seem that she has had issues with staff since I started going to her, but I’m hanging in there because I like her so much. I am rating Dr. DeWitt 5 stars based on how I feel about her and not her office staff. Dr. DeWitt really does listen and cares. I have been seen by her for a couple years. At first, everything seemed great, but I noticed the staff had a evolving door. That should have been bu first sign there was a break down in leadership. I went into her office two months ago for a problem with my elbow and a wellness for prescription renewals. I explained I had to use another Pharmacy due to insurance and gave her the location. Two months later I still have not received 3 of my prescriptions! How many calls, you do not want to know!

Dr. Dewitt and her nurse practitioner, Tara Sykes, have a great bedside manner and are very accommodating and knowledgeable at appointments. But they tend to drop the ball iin follow-ups with lab reports and referrals. Routine labs, in general, take around a week to two weeks to get results when most other offices can perform these tests in house. There is NO X-ray, EKG, or US capability in office. Routinely lab results are relayed as “just fine” or “normal” without discussion of actual values.

I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this organization. The biggest problem is the lack of privacy. On my most recent visit, there was a line of people waiting for walk in appointments. The receptionist asked each person why they needed to be seen. There was no "stand back for privacy sign" or better yet, "Here, fill out the form and give it back". So not only did I have to state my medical problem in front of about 20 people, but I also knew why everyone else was in the waiting room as well. A HIPPA violation is a huge deal and the "healthcare professionals" that run this business do NOT abide by the rules. They should be reported. On another note, my husband called Monday about contracting a contagious bacterial eye infection and needing a prescription called in. It was WEDNESDAY before they called back. And instead of apologizing and sending the presciption to pharmacy, they stated they needed to see him in the office first. Not only has my husband risked transferring this infection to our whole family and the community during this time, but they have delayed necessary treatment out of laziness. Utterly irresponsible as healthcare "professionals". You are so much better off going to the Urgent Care across the street. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this organization. DON'T GO HERE!!! The front desk staff is THE laziest cpl of "women" I've EVER dealt with. They NEVER call you bk. The Dr is never there on the days they do same-day walk-in appointments, but they won't call you bk to let you know that. WORST "SERVICE" EVER. Do yourself & your kids a favor & go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Dr. Dewitt and her nursing staff are wonderful. She takes her time and makes you feel like a person and not a number. I highly recommend her. The only reason I am giving her practice 4 stars is because the wait time is longer than what I have experienced at other general practitioners, and because the front desk staff doesn't always answer the phone. Dr Dewitt is great. Spends time with you and listens.

Dr. Dewitt is a great physician. She takes her time and explains what's going on with you. We play phone tag a lot because she wants to make sure she answers your questions.

Dr. Dewitt has a great bedside manner and is very accommodating and knowledgeable at appointments, but she tends to drop the ball iin follow-ups with lab reports and referrals. I will be changing doctors and I am saddened by this. I have experienced this twice personally and know of two other individuals who experienced the samething. I need to go to a doctor that I can trust I am being cared for beyond a file and insurance form.

I am 61 years old, and she is the best doctor I have ever had!

I have been a patient of Dr. DeWitt for over 4 years. When I had complications from gall bladder surgery, she actually saved my life by realizing that symptoms I had were related to my gall bladder surgery, and not just an unknown alergic reaction. She listens intently to her patients, and works on a whole approach, not just assuming the obvious. She will be our doctor for as long as she is in practice!
