Doesn't seem like she knows much about medical issues outside of her own field. My first visit with her she was understanding and acted like she knew some about Chronic Kidney Disease. As soon as I had an issues related to my ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease), her response was totally wrong. Many dialysis patients DO NOT make any urine due to the fact of their kidney function being so low. Her answer was that dialysis patients do make urine and that the hospital would not release someone that is dehydrated. She wanted a urine drug screen and would not allow me to use a mouth swab or blood drug screen. This happens to be common in the medical field, unless the provider actually has some experience with it. This makes it hard for me to always get good quality treatment at places. Other than this, she seems to be a good doctor. Her employer (Crossroads Treatment Center) is a joke and deserve to have their license to operate revoked for giving sub-standard treatment. It seems like all they care about is getting that insurance money from the patients. They make it very difficult for someone to get good quality treatment. I love Dr. Ruth...she's helpful, friendly, professional, sincere and informative..

Had a session with her and she prescribed a med that was needed ASAP. Insurance needed a Prior Auth and she was no where to be found. The pharmacy called and left her messages; no response. I called twice and they have an answering service that isn’t even local. Totally unacceptable. Very disappointing considering she is treating patients with addiction issues.

Excellent doctor that's willing to listen instead of just writing scripts. Hard field of work; but after just 1 visit with her it seems as if she's got it conquered. Looking forward to having her peroxide me with the best caste imaginable

Listened to issues, proposed options. I really like that she took time to listen. Didn't feel rushed
