After months of looking for the right doctor I found him!! I went in for a brachioplasty in December 2021. I am absolutely in love with my incisions and results. I went in for a consult today because of some discomfort and concerns from a recent surgery that I had done elsewhere a year ago and was immediately impressed with Dr. Miles, so much so that I felt compelled to write a review. Dr. Miles answered all of my questions and concerns that even my previous surgeon would not address with me. I was not once rushed or felt like my concerns were being dismissed, Dr. Miles explained in detail using visuals to help me understand what I may be experiencing. I recently also had and MRI done to help determine the cause of my discomfort, to which no avail received any knowledge from the radiologist, nor my surgeon (who had no interest in even looking at my films). Dr. Miles went above and beyond and offered to look at my images and ease my mind. He has been available to answer questions even following my consult. I can't speak on behalf of his work (yet), but I can tell you he is extremely professional, caring and thorough; and I would not hesitate to have him perform my surgery when that time comes. Dr. Miles and his staff are incredible. I knew from the moment I called to book my consultation (and I had 5 consultations lined up!), I would go with him. His staff spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and giving me more information that I even asked for! Dr. Miles is extremely knowledge and stays up to date with all medical procedures. He completed my breast augmentation and mastopexy, and throughout the process I had virtually no pain! Dr. Miles performed a 4th breast surgery for me-yes number 4! He removed my implants that were not properly sized, removed tissue, and performed a lift! He is the absolute best and changed my life!!!! He is amazing and should be your last and only consult. I could go on and on about his skills! Dr. Miles did my scar revision surgery after a major accident left my leg looking terrible. He did a fantastic job of making my leg look normal again and making my scar so small that it's almost gone! I would recommend his work to anyone.

Dr. Miles is an amazing plastic surgeon with wonderful bed side manner! His goal is to achieve the best results in the safest way possible. My confidence has improved drastically since my procedure and he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. His staff is just as wonderful and I cannot thank them enough!

My experience at this office was good at the beginning. The staff was friendly and prompt. However, once I had the breast reduction performed, I ended up having constant complications. Every time I would call, they would have me send a picture of the complication, which by the way, I was having holes where my stitches were actually pop open into big holes that would bleed and ooze! I was told to cover it with a non stick gauze pad and wait for it to heal. Three months after the surgery, I went in finally for a check up and was STILL HAVING HOLES POP OPEN!!! He said he had never seen someone have this issue this far out after the surgery and to keep doing what I was doing. I had very severe complications that week and could not even lift anything with my left arm( I am left handed). He said his surgery had nothing to do with that even though it was causing pain in my left breast...?? I finally had enough once another hole opened up. I contacted the office and was informed that they "no longer have coverage with my insurance" and the doctor "can only see me one more time before they would charge me full cost for visits". ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I had holes pop open for 6 months after surgery. I never had anyone reach back out to me to make sure things were going okay. Never had After photos taken because my chest looks like it was butchered. The scars I have from the amount of holes that opened up is more than I can count. I do not recommend going to see this doctor simply because he ignored me and my issues and did nothing to make it better or make me feel better about what was happening to me. Absolutely one of the best ......at caring about his patients and making you feel you are his only patient during your visit. Your emotional well being is just as important as your physical well being.

Dr. Miles performed my tummy tuck about 7 years ago. I had some complications and he was absolutely amazing at taking care of me. I wish he was my PCP! I am actually contemplating another procedure, as old age has set in. He's the man for the job! Love him!

After meeting with another plastic surgeon in the area, I went to Dr. Miles for a second opinion. It’s a decision that I’m so glad that I made. Dr. Miles’ staff was incredibly professional and treated every question I had with the upmost sincerity. Dr. Miles discussed every aspect of my procedure in detail and included every risk and complication possible which I really appreciated him disclosing. He outlined exactly what I could expect from the procedure. Most importantly, he took into consideration my every concern and addressed my own specific needs. My husband has had surgery multiple times with Dr. Miles. He is very efficient always on time . He made my husbands experience very pleasant right down to playing his favorite music to put him at ease. Office assistant was rude and took it upon herself to tell me to take my business elsewhere after a payment dispute. I was clearly upset about miscommunication between their office which resulted in a surgery scheduling error. I happened to meet Dr Miles and his team after being severely attacked by a dog last December. He was recommended to me by another doctor (whom I trust) and he was able to see me the day after the attack. I explained to him that I was very concerned about the depth of the wounds and future scars on my leg, arm and back. Dr Miles took care of it and even though they were deep he tried to put them together. I have been following up after the attack and he always takes good care of me. I still have to go back for future treatments and all I can say is that I trust him and his team to do this work. Dr. Miles performed liposuction to remove my double chin a number of years ago. The result was amazing, and years later it looks as good now as it did then. In addition, my neck is smooth and wrinkle free, which is remarkable considering my age.
