At the beginning of the year it took me three months to finally get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment (because no one response to emails). I specifically said I needed it at the children's hospital but got it for Kendall, causing me to miss work and so on. Then after that once more took me forever to get the next appointment. Once received it was cancelled the day of because of whatever excuse they like to provide. Then I am re-scheduled for a month later to be cancelled once again ( the day prior). I informed the need and my concerns and how important this appointment is to me, and for my child's health. And the receptionist was having a laughing moment with some else during the call, so she di not pay much mind to me, and said she could re schedule a month from now. It is disturbing to know that a patient (a child) their health is not of much importance. Working in the Healthcare industry could be a challenge to find a good physician that sincerely cares about his patients. I was fortunate enough to find this physician for my daughter. Dr. Hernandez is beyond anyones expectations he is extremely knowledgeable, caring and attentive to details. My daughter has been seeing him now close to a year and his is amazing. I was so scared of the unknown, but Dr Hernandez was simply amazing !!! As he was talking to my daughter he made everything seem normal, and did a great job on making my daughter feel at ease. The visit from start to finish was great. Friendly staff, everyone had a smile and explained things to my daughters level. Wish there were more doctors like him.
