The lady on the phone insists there are no emergencies and cannot help ANYONE in pain for weeks on end. Then she HUNG UP on me after trying to explain how much pain I was in. Ridiculous treatment, go somewhere else

After three visits for extractions to Dr. Eklund, I have only positive things to say. Everyone is friendly and caring and the price is reasonable. The procedures went well with no pain or swelling afterwards. Dr. Eklund explained the procedure and gave detailed post op instructions.

Dr Eklund and everyone in his office is extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and Dr Eklund and his staff made the experience as comfortable as possible for her. Everything went smooth and he called to check in on her a couple days later. I had a minor procedure in my mouth done and same experience with me. The Dr called me on his day off to make sure all is well. I would highly recommend Dr Eklund and will go to him for any future oral surgery needs. Dr Eklund and everyone in his office is extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. dr eklund office is not answering their phone ... they just let it ring then they just pick it up and hang up??????? are they too busy to to deal with their patients????????????? Is his office staff trained to do that???????
