Unfortunately, I've had some serious medical problems throughout my entire life. Fortunately, I found Dr. Sinsheimer during a critical time. She and her staff epitomize excellence and warmth. She's extremely knowledgeable (so is her PA Claire) & explains everything thoroughly. The key word here is "CARE". That's what every single staff person gives to the patients at this office and they do so with kindness. I am never rushed and all questions are answered to my satisfaction. Everything from the first "hello" to all after care is done with complete efficiency! I'm just sorry that I took so long to acknowledge an praise Dr. Sinsheimer and her staff. So, Dr. Sinsheimer, Claire, Emily, Lester, thank you all so much for all your devotion to your patients and their health care. I'm very grateful to have you in my life taking such great care of me. Dr. Bareiss, was knowledgeable, and helpful. I went to Endo and Metab, for a consult looking for a Dr to treat my diabetes. I told the Dr that, like many of us, money was an issue. When my bill came at $230+, I paid it in full. I then called the office with concerns about the bill. The office manager, Emily, returned my call. When I questioned some of the tests; Emily lost it, she was accusatory, rude, and I felt disrespected. She accused me of not respecting the Dr, that the tests were necessary, I was wrong;and she refused to listen or lend a sympathetic ear. She very rudely said, “you don't respect the doctor, you can find another doctor, we don't need your business, we'll wipe out your bill” and then hung up on me without letting me to speak. The Dr's are fantastic. The staff is miserable and not compssionate. It is not worth the potentially explosive nature of the staff, Emily, their office manager, in particular. I only saw Dr. Sinsheimer for my very first appointment with the practice but she is extremely knowable and listens to your concerns. I have seen Claire since and have for 4 + years. Claire is very personable and easy to talk to about any and all concerns and is very prompt. I always received my labs within a day or 2 and with very clear directions directly to my e-mail.If it weren't for Claire and this practice my youngest son wouldn't be here, Claire got me, my thyroid and my son thru after 2 miscarriages.. If I didn't move out of state I would have been a patient til the end!! I was fortunate to be told about Dr. Sinsheimer. My first visit I met her PA who spent the time listening and also explained my health condition. I saw Dr. Sinsheimer, who came in afterwards and I have been seeing her since my thyroid was removed due to papillary cancer. She understands symptoms, she explains things thoroughly and she is willing to work with you to help improve your health. Her physician assistant, Claire Bareiss is just as thorough and knowledgeable. All I can say is I am grateful to have them both. There are a lot of doctors out there that see you and then rush you back out the door and these two are the opposite. They will spend time to thoroughly and sufficiently care for your health.

Had A Great First visit. Staff is very knowledgeable and Friendly.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They emailed me my lab results personally and were prompt in getting back to me.

Poor bedside manner. Condescending and judgemental. As a nurse myself (though her as a patient) I was astounded by her attitude. Never would I recommend.

There are other good doctors. The staff is horrible. They send my credit card through twice for over $200 and it tooks weeks of phonecalls more than a dozen calls to get it back. The staff is pompous and arrogant.
