Eric Randy Robinson

Dr. Robinson was less than helpful. I saw him for neck pain. I had an MRI which showed some problems. He never called, suggested any treatment, a big zero, no follow up at all. Honestly, I don’t think he was skilled enough to have an opinion. I am a nurse, have referred him to many of my patients and friends, never again.

I read the other reviews and had to chime in. I went in and saw Dr. Robinson and was very satisfied with the treatment I received. I had done a lot of google searches and had my suspicions of what was going on, but he listened and offered a solution that resolved the issues I was having. I was completely satisfied; and, shortly after the visit I was able to return to my physical activities and haven't had to go back because of the successful treatment prescribed by Dr. Robinson.

I would not recommend him to family or friends. I felt like he didn't listen to all the problems/concerns that I had going on. He hastily made a decision about what was wrong, and it cost a lot of money and didn't not solve the problem! After 3 office visits, and an unsuccessful procedure, he finally said I know you've been saying that all along, I finally believe you now.

His staff refuses to give out any info/results over the phone. They MAKE you have an appointment. And if the MRI ends up showing nothing?? Oh well! And since the MRI was close to the holidays, we have to wait a month. Thanks.
