what an awesome Doctor!...totally knowledgeable, caring and patient...this doctor know's exactly what he is doing, and is very gentle...I would trust my feet to no one else!....he explains everything, ..and takes a very good approach to the problems....staff was very friendly and professional also.....

Hi I’m Angela Gonzales I took my dad to see Dr. Richardson and he treated him with so much respect. He explained everything to him that was going on with his toe and took the extra time to answer all of his questions. He was so great with him I know that I would refer all of my family and friends to him.

He did amazing with my 12yr old, who was already apprehensive; turned out they liked similar superheroes and boom instant click. He was very thorough and gentle and kept both her and me in the loop as her checked her foot and worked on her ingrown toenail. Dr. Richardson has been my podiatrist since 2007, he is very professional and thorough with an excellent bedside manner. I can't say enough good things about him and his friendly staff!

I have been going to Dr. Rchardson for a few years now, he did surgery on my foot in 2015 and I have had no problems since. He is very knowledgeable and professional about what he is doing and takes the extra time to explain procedures and options with you. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of foot care.

Very personable, professional and knowledgeable! Talks to you like you are a person with terms easy to understand! Have been to the other foot clinic in Pueblo and had the doctor screw up on surgery for ingrown toenail. Dr. Richardson did perfect for me and caught that the other doctor missed the part of me having a fungal infection. He fixed me up. Dr. Richardson is a terrific foot doctor. I have been seeing him since 2013. He did surgery on my foot for a chronic foot condition I had been suffering with for approximately 13 years. The surgery was a great success and I have been pain free since. As for scaring, it is minimal, he did a great job! I have recently returned to him for what I believe is the same issue now occurring in my other foot. I reluctantly agreed to try a steroid injection only because the feet are so sensitive and my previous experience with injections scared me. But, wow, I actually watched (first time ever!!) Dr. Richardson do the injection. He took his time, didn't rush to push the serum into my foot and I felt nothing more than the initial stick, which was quick and basically painless. Cudos to Dr. Richardson, hoping this will help so I can avoid surgery, but, if it doesn't, I know I'm in good hands. Thank you Dr. Richardson!! Dr. Richardson is a terrific foot doctor. So grateful Dr. Richardson is back!! He is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring doctor. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I have recently went to see another podiatrist and he did not compare to Dr. Richardson. I saw he was back in practice and made an appointment! I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a podiatrist.

Very nice doctor and talks to you like you are a person, with terms easy to understand. He took the time to diagnose my issue, unlike the other foot clinic in town. He performed ingrown toenail surgery and my toenail grew back fast and like it looked before. I recommend him over the other foot clinic that messed up on their billing and didn't want to refund my overpayment!

Since coming back he had been such a joy to see. I’m so glad he was able to come back to work.

Dr. Richardson is the best podiatrist in Pueblo that I have seen, and I have been to two others in Pueblo and they never fixed my problem with my feet. He helped my feet feel so much better that I would recommend him to anyone. He is a kind and caring physician. He takes his time with his patients and is very caring to making people feel better

I took my mom to Dr. Richardson, and she thought he was the best. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with her foot and took great care of her. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great foot doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Richardson for a few years now and he has been great with me. He treats you not just as a patient but as a person. He did surgery on my foot in 2015 and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a doctor that is professional, kind, considerate, and is very knowledgeable about what he is doing.

This office charged me $460.00 for a walking boot I could've purchased on Amazon for $40.00!! First said they don't buy their boots from Amazon (obviously not the smartest choice). Then they said they would not adjust the price as I signed paperwork at their office owning the boot at whatever price. Totally unethical business! Places like these are why our premiums are so high and healthcare is a wreck!! Shameful and disgusting! This office charged me $460.00 for a walking boot I could've purchased on Amazon for $40.00!! I had foot surgery and 2009. Specifically, I had a bunionectomy on my left foot. Dr. Richardson, if it is even appropriate to call him physician, would brag about the fact I would never see the scar or that my foot and that my big toe would be straight and perfect after it was operated on. It was quite the contrary. He had given me his cell number so that I could get in touch with him after hours if necessary. I needed to speak with him after the surgery when I got home because the pain medication he prescribed for me made me very sick and nauseous. I must have called him 4 times that evening and left multiple voice mails. I called the office the next day and left multiple messages with his sister who was the the front desk receptionist. I never received a call back until close to the end of the day. It was almost 24 hours from when I had surgery that I FINALLY received a call back. When I did speak to him over the phone, I was extremely upset, naturally. Dr. Richardson never apologized for not returning my calls or being responsive to my needs. He yelled at me, indicating he was on-call and too busy to call me back. Wow! Isnt that the reason he gave me his number? He also conveyed to me that I, the patient, is not going to tell him how to run his practice. He gave me his number of which he had no intention of using to call me back. I was his patient and bound by the Hippocratic oath. Now, eight years later I have to have foot surgery, again, and my big toe is curved towards my other toes and it is worse than it was to begin with. I have balance displacement issues because my big toe is not positioned to touch the floor. It sits on top of my second toe. I found out he should have taken the pin out of my toe that he never bothered to indicate that he would need to do. Cosmetically, the scar is angry red most of the time. Bottom line...he botched my foot completely up. He is not a good foot surgeon nor does he respond to his patients when in need. Giving him one star is too generous!! Charged me $460.00 for a walking boot you can buy on Amazon for $40.00 NEW! Wouldn't budge on bill since I signed a paper owning the boot. Completely shameless! Not the place to go if integrity means anything. By the way, the boot hasn't done a thing to improve condition--seems to have just been a guess of what to do. I have cancelled future appointment and plan to tell my primary physician why NOT to recommend Dr Richardson.

In this day of doctors rushing you in and out and not explaining your condition in a language that the average patient can understand, I found Dr. Richardson to be extremely compassionate and excellent with both me and my son as patients. He is very personable and knowledgeable and he is the ONLY doctor I trust for foot issues. He explains your condition clearly and cared about my problem and my son's problem. He took the extra time to explain the procedure and follow up and after care!
