Absolute best chiropractic experience of my life! Dr. Pastrmac is an incredibly skilled and gifted doctor. I have had neck and back problems since I was 14 and he has addressed my pain in such a unique and brilliant way. I agree with the person that said he is the spine whisperer! The knowledge he has is mind blowing. He is so precise with every adjustment and he NEVER rushes. Like another reviewer said, Dr. Pastrmac is a spine whisperer! I was having terrible low back pain post-baby, and my PT and chiro said to stretch it more. Well, it was actually my SI joints out of alignment! Dr. P took a look at my lower back as I lifted each leg up, and saw right away what needed to be fixed. After a few subsequent flareups, my SI joints don't get out of whack very easily anymore. And, in addition, Dr. P handles all the general neck and back aches, as well as soft tissue issues. I've been to many chiros in my lifetime and many just do the same adjustment week in week out; Dr. P truly looks at your body as a mechanical engineer and sees what isn't moving correctly, and figures out why. I been to a handful of chiropractors and wasn't getting much better. Then I saw Dr. Pastrmac that knew immediately what was wrong in that my 4th lumbar was causing me all the problems, which no other chiropractor could figure that out. After multiple visits, I feel so much better. I also have a deviated septum in my nose and he is one of the few chiropractors I found that works on that. I had been suffering from severe lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain for the last 10 months. I wasn't able to sleep, walk or stand for a long time. I tried therapeutic massage, acupuncture, and different chiropractors. Nothing fixed my pain. I found Dr. Pastrmac on yelp. On my first visit, he took X-ray and found a Slip disc in the lower back. I’m so glad to have found Dr. P! I’ve been to several different chiropractors before him but never got long term results. I’ve been going to Dr. Pastrmac’s for about a month now and I’ve noticed my lingering hip pin that no one else could correct nearly gone. My experience with Dr. Eric Pastrmac was great I came with a really back pain in my lower back and he was able to figure it out what was the problem, no only that he did a full examination of all my back and neck, I am very happy with him, it take several visit but every time I see improvement, the pain is gone. Dr. Pastrmac is great. His “feel” and “touch” as a chiropractor is great. He always takes more time with me whenever needed - and goes above and beyond in many ways. I drive all the way from Dana Point - about half an hour to see him. He is personable too.

Dr. Pastrmac is amazing at his profession. He took a low-radiation full body digital x-ray and broke it down for me. He helps my scoliosis, and tmj, sacral and sciatic issues. He had a mold of my feet made for orthodics. It’s worth the money because it’s not just maintenance.

I was visiting the Irvine area from Seattle for a gymnastics meet. I had just injured my back a couple days before. Dr. Pastrmac went out of his way to get me in and did everything he could to help me get better fast. It was an exceptional experience. I've been under chiropractic care for over 25 years and tried different modalities and methods such as upper cervical and gonstead. While I had seen some relief my real problems were never being addressed so therefore my health declined significantly over the years. Dr Pastrmac is a miracle worker! He adjusted me in a way I never been before and it literally changed my life. And I found him purely by accident! My current chiropractor went on vacation and directed me to use his own personal chiropractor if I needed an adjustment during his absence. Well I called him and the rest is histor! I’m a life long chiropractic user. It started as a child after seeing a chiropractor I no longer got sick. I did not tubes in my ears and my overall health improved dramatically. I was introduced to Dr. Eric Pastrmac 2 years ago and have never felt better. He identified my hips were miss aligned and was able to correct the problem and now I have no issue with pain in my hips nor anywhere stemming from my back. I see him on regular basis and find my health at its best. I really like knowing that when I get miss aligned that Dr. Eric will be able to correct the problem. It's amazing to see an immediate increase in range of motion and less overall strain in my spinal column. I'm came to Eric's office three and a half weeks after getting thoracic outlet syndrome surgery. Being in severe nerve pain he set me up on the class 4 laser. The laser heat helped heal up most of the scar tissue from the surgery relieving my nerve pain significantly. After that he made a few adjustments to my neck, then finished with a massage device that broke up the knots in my back and shoulder. In my first visit I left with nearly no pain.
