Dr. Eric Richard Menke

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. At my age... I have had many many Root Canals.. The experience was so very pleasant. The Atmosphere was calming. I enjoyed (as much as one can) the entire experience. Dr. Eric even "Sang" as he worked. And to Top It All Off... He...The Dentist HIMSELF.. Called me to see how I felt. Thank You!

I will be the first to admit, I have an immense phobia of the dentist. I had to have a root canal & had been anxious for a week leading up to my appointment! Once I got there, I immediately felt at ease. Everyone was so awesome! Kiddos to Dr. Menke who made me feel comfortable right from the start. He talked me through everything; and, aside from a tiny bit of discomfort from the numbing shots, it was a breeze! I felt nothing! After my appointment, the anesthesia wore off quickly and I was out and about and on with my day shortly after the procedure! After this wonderful experience, I am no longer fearful of the dentist (even though I have to have my tooth extracted in a week). Dr. Menke is the best! I highly recommend him to anyone who has a fear of the dentist! A great experience! Thank you!

The root canal procedure performed by Dr Menke was the worst one I have ever encountered. No Numbing medication was given before Novocain shot which was completely aweful experience. Then drilling with very bad vibrations and loud pitch squeals that give a deafening headache cause no hearing protection given . I would not recommend this practice !

Waiting area is comfortable and patient friendly with Keurig service, TV, and updated literature. Dr. Menke's staff made me feel at ease and explained procedures & what to expect. Dr. Menke was efficient and excellent in pain management. I strongly recommend Dr. Menke & the staff at Westerville's Central Ohio Endodontics.

Dr. Menke is very personable and did his best to make an uncomfortable situation be as pleasant as possible. His understanding of what his patient is experiencing and his ability to explain what to expect during a procedure greatly improved the entire process. I would highly recommend him for any Endodontics! He even makes follow up calls.
