Very thorough, caring, understand and an old fashion bedside manner. Best of all he effected a fast cure through application of appropriate medications.

I am so highly thankful for this doctor. He was so kind and caring when I was so full of anxiety. Thank you Dr. Mailman. You are amazing!

While no one wants to find themselves in ER, if they come under Dr. Mailman's care, they can relax knowing they have the best physician at hand to help them.

Dr. Eric Mailman is an exemplary doctor. The ER was so busy on Friday, December 2, yet we met this caring doctor who had a smile that communicated joy in helping others. He took the time to thoroughly teach my husband about his health care, home care and possible outcomes of a variety of decisions that we will need to make for better health care. Thank you.

Dr. Mailman is super nice and super caring. I appreciate his sense of humor. When I had to come to the ER, he was my doctor and I absolutely loved him. He made what otherwise could have been a scary and lonely experience not so scary and not so lonely. Thanks Dr. Mailman!

Going to the ER is scary, especially when one doesn't know anything about the doctor who will be evaluating the patient. Dr. Mailman came in and immediately we (patient and family) relaxed. He has a confidence that makes it clear that he has significant knowledge and experience and has 'seen it all before.' In addition to being sharp, he is kind with a sense of humor. He also showed respect for both the patient and our family.

He's wonderful .. I've only had a couple emergency room visits in my lifetime and meeting with Dr. Mailman at Swedish, Seattle I will always remember. He showed such caring and compassion, and he was very detailed in my diagnosis and explaned it well so that I understood. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions. He was very friendly to my family and made us all feel less stressed considering we were in the emergency room. He was also so accessible, he met with us numerous times making us feel that we were getting the most attentive care we could get.. kudos to this Doc!
