Dr. Eric Scott Langer

I've been seeing Dr. Langer for many, many years. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an Endocrinologist. You can tell he loves his job by the care he gives his patients. My only regret is that he's not my PCP. He can never retire! We need more doctors like him.

The office staff is rude and incompetent. You cannot reach anyone in the office when you call. They never answer the phone, and the message on their voicemail says they will reply in 48-72 hours. My 83 yo mother who never missed an appointment in the past, and always pays her bills - missed an appointment because she was in the hospital. When she called to reschedule it, the office manager made her pay a FIFTY DOLLAR missed appointment fee BEFORE she could schedule another appointment. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Langer is first class across the board. Spends the time required in order to fully understand your health and any and all medications, plans for ongoing care.

While Dr langer is a very nice gentleman his office is very poorly run! I had to go there twice and both times got into it with his staff! I had a 9 o’clock appointment his office manager (which is his wife) calls to ask me if I can change it which I did but they won’t accommodate you when it’s turn around. My 10 appointment I didn’t get into till 11, Plus they tell you to come 30 minutes early and they weren’t crowded! Also the woman who takes blood there better go back to school it took her 3 tries on me and my husband. I don’t know how h s getting all these great reviews.. yes he’s nice & kind older gentleman but stuck on numbers & not what I’m actually experiencing! I left unheard & cried all the way home I feel defeated. Most endos are more into their diabetes patients

Dr. Langer is a very exceptional doctor! He is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, specific, detailed & reassuring! I always feel better after seeing Dr. Langer! ????

5 stars are only for Dr. Langer Eric. I was seen on 09/21/2020 as a new patient. Waited 3 month's to see him. I thought by doing my paper work at home would be a faster process at the office. I was wrong. The front desk lady with glasses blonde hair a little tall was absolutely rude. Asking me for my ID, insurance card as im giving to her I felt like she was trying to pull it out of my hand. I was there for 3.5 hour's total. I came 30 minutes prior to my appointment as it states to do. Not sure why the wait was extremely long. Not a good impression on the office as a new patient. I almost walked due to long wait. There was no excuse for the long wait. Waiting room was not full either. When I complained the blonde lady at the front desk tried to give me an attitude for complaining of waiting for an hour in a lobby. Such a bad bad experience. Very thorough and very impressive. Dr. Langer knows what he’s doing. What a gift

BEST EVER! Worth waiting in office for, and wish my PCP was as thorough as he is. He is usually the one to remind me to set other appointments such as gynecologist and colonoscopy, and follows up if I did on next appointment.

First class great doctor. The reason for one star is because of the staff.

Poor, signed up for Dr. Andrews and next appointment he walks in. Ok, bait and switch. Next 2 appointment with him , he doesn't show up, a PA does, no going over labs or anything. Repeats labs, no discussion. They also shredded my previous doctors chart I brought in for them to look at.

I never mind waiting to see Dr. Langer because I know he is spending as much time with his patients as he spends with me. He is so caring and gentle. A great man and doctor.

Detailed, caring, spends ALOT of time with each patient and doesnt get annoyed with questions. I am kinda picky with my medical care and was very very impressed by him. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Eric Langer is a very kind, patient, sweet doctor who actually cared about my emotional side of being diagnosed with a serious thyroid issue. He wants you to leave feeling cared for---I've been to 6 endocronologists and HE IS THE BEST! SMART very smart and detail oriented--I knew tons of questions to ask and he could give me AMAZING answers! :) I wish all doctors could be as holistic in their care as he is. I've been to 10 doctors and he is the kindest and smartest. He gave me hope he is the best of the best he truly cares about patients and I wasn't a number to him.

Best doctors! They really know there stuff. I am finally feeling better. I have been to other endocrinologist and they just weren't as passionate about taking care of me. These doctors care about you and truly want to get to the root of your problem. There sometimes is a wait but each doctor really is working on giving each individual the best possible care. The entire staff works hard and is friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs to c an endocrinologist. Best doctors! They really know there stuff. I am finally feeling better. I have been seeing Dr. Langer for 20+ years. He has always been caring, compassionate, and professional. Even though I have moved, I still drive over an hour to see him for my yearly appointment. I have had other doctors tell me I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Langer because he has an excellent reputation in the medical community. I would highly recommend him!

getting refills is ridiculous.....waiting 10 days now still nothing...NO COMMUNICATION between office and Patient....you would think if their is an issue the office would keep you informed...Put me on TANZEUM ran out and still cant get it refilled. Have been rescheduled by office twice already....It may not seem like much but when your a Diabetic trying to keep your glucose with in limits .....it is a BIG deal. My GP ALWAYS kept in communication with me good or bad and was much busier then this office.
