Dr. Kenny has been taking excellent care of my osteoarthritis for years. He is compassionate and knowledgeable about his field. He listens carefully to my complaints and always figures out what’s happening and the best treatment for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kenny for more than 12 years to treat my rheumatoid arthritis (RA). His treatment and prescribed medications have resulted in eliminating my RA symptoms and allowing me to participate in activities like golf, fishing, hunting, and pickleball. Dr. Kenny has a friendly manner and has always taken the time to discuss my illness and to answer questions. He is responsive to emails from me requesting prescription refills and answers to questions. My last visit was for a 4-month review. I was seen at the scheduled time and his staff was efficient and friendly. The lab results from my blood work were posted the afternoon of my appointment and the next day. I recommend Dr. Kenny to anyone requiring the services of a rheumatologist.

Dr. Kenny has helped immeasurably in identifying the best course of treatment for my arthritis and for keeping me on the straight and narrow. My quality of life has improved and remained at a much higher level since I began going to Dr. Kenny and Ortho. I have recommended others to consider using these folks, as a result, and would recommend Dr. Kenny to anyone in need of a rheumatologist.

I love Dr Kenny! He listens, cares n explains everything. I’ve been going to him for years n I will continue even though I live 3 hours away! I pray he doesn’t retire any time soon; that will be a very sad day. His staff also is wonderful; always a great experience.

The staff very friendly and helpful asking me about my illness ,Dr.alwaya asking was is new tells on updates with meds.! AND vaccines

Dr. Kenny is always very kind, caring and professional. He knows in detail what is going on with his patients each and every time. I trust him throughly with my care. He had a wonderful Nurse too, and awesome Phlebotomist!

Office attenant was not very friendly when I was making my next appointment. I wanted a 7:30 appointment but she said it was not available and the time she had was all she had. I was flexible with a different a date she was not interested in any request .

Dr. Kenny has been my rheumatologist for approximately 10 years, and he has provided excellent treatment for me. He is not only knowledgeable in his field but communicates well to answer any questions related to my RA or related medical problems.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been seeing Dr. Kenny for twenty years or more, he’s now at OrthoVirginia. I had an excellent experience at OrthoVirginia with so many professional Doctors, Nurses and staff, 100 percent recommendation for this Medical office.

I've ways had a very good experience at Ortho Virginia. The staff is great! The Doctor is also great and is very informative. The office is clean and Inever have to wait which is the best part! I definitely would reccomend this office to anyone!

Best doctors around courteous staff

Kenny, is a awesome person and doctor.

These people are very nice and professional at what they do wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.

Really takes his time to find out the problem and provides great options for treatment really good for follow ups and testing, great staff too would highly recommend.

I have visits every 6 months for a chronic issue and always have great service at Ortho Virginia. Attentive and un-rushed appointments with Dr. Kenny! Always a friendly and efficient experience! I highly recommend the practice and provider!

Dr Kenny is one of the best Rheumatologist in central Va. He listens to what you have to say at every visit. He is very professional and treats you like a real person. His nursing staff is excellent also. They go above and beyond to help you. Just wish their billing office was as nice.

Dr Kenny was wonderful. He truly cares about his patients! The nurse and phlebotomist will very good too. Staff is very friendly and professional! I have been seeing Dr Kenny for years so you know he has to be good for you me to stick with him!

This was a follow up appointment. Dr. Kenny was knowable to my case. He was through in asking my concerns since my last visit with him, which was 4 months ago. He discussed his plan of care, & what labs I needed checked this visit. I felt well cared for. My lab results were available to me on Ortho VA website later that day.

I waited for about 3 or 4 minutes, which is unheard of! I was seen by Dr. Kenny right away. He is fun to talk to and covered every aspect of my condition and then some. I just love Dr. Kenny!

I finally got a call from Dr. Kenny's office in early in the year 2019 that my appointment with Dr. Eric is scheduled for June 2020. I thought the wait is worth as I didn't wanted to see the nurse practitioner as my RA is on a very aggressive mode ( seeing a Rheumatologist in Richmond until I get an appointment with Dr. Kenny). And I get an email that my appointment is scheduled with the nurse practitioner and not the Doctor 2 month before my appointment date. Ps: If I wanted to see the nurse practitioner, why would I wait for 2 yrs and waste my time. This kind of behavior coming from a doctor is highly unprofessional and not at all expected. I am really disappointed.

My visit was a routine return to check on lab work and any new problems or complaints

Dr. Kenny is the most prompt physician I have ever worked with. He always considers your time and works hard to get you in and out of the office quickly. He listens and provides answers to questions as needed as well as an appropriate plan of care. I would highly recommend him.
