The DR AMAZING personable, direct and caring. HIS OFFICE STAFF RIDICULOUS! I was OFFENDED by the lack of organization, to tell me I'm not a patient they can't find my record. Yet they sure billed my insurance and the day I needed to see the Dr. I was simply told, Oh we did not call you cause you dont show as a patient. ???? How!

I love Doctor Garcia! He is very friendly, thorough and he is very passionate about his profession and his patients. You can tell that he genuinely cares, that's why I remained under his care after moving to New Tampa. However, his staff is very unreliable and very unprofessional. Dr Eric garcia is a very profesionel physician his work place is a very safe and comfortable enviorment and they are very clean. His receptionist Marcos is a vey excellent staff member very kind and polite. This office is highly recommended and would take any person to this office.

Can't believe all the negative reviews. Staff is so nice, the girls are very professional and they speak perfect English. Dr. Garcia is very thorough, friendly and actually listens to his patients. I would not recommend him he is all for the money does not take care in the patients at all rush you in and out he use to be ok over the years he’s become very bad and empathetic. so went for check up never called me about my results which some were not good I had to find out from the lab.

Terrible service. Had a physical back in early December and elected to get my blood work done through my work. He advised that he will go through the results when they come in all I had to do was call. The blood work results were sent to the office and when I called he was off due to it being New Years, but will get back to me. Then I ask to speak to the person who is responsible for billing they would not give me a name or a phone number since they were a "Third Party" which is a lie! The person was sitting in the back room and didn't want to be confronted about the illegal things they were doing with this insurance. Dr. Garcia is a physician who cares about the patient first and is very ethical when it comes to treating patients. He takes a personal approach and his office staff was very professional and helpful. His staff spoke both, fluent English and Spanish.

this office does not understand the insurance bill procedures, maybe because everyone there is Spanish and don't understand or read the English language. I was getting over charged for my visit every time I went there which I'm not even suppose to pay a deductible cause the doctor is in network, After showing them proof that I have a HRA account showed them where it says I don't pay a deductible they still wouldn't work with me I guess they only care about the money and not the patient. Very sad cause the doctor was good its the people that are handling the billing portion of the practice. if you're ready to over pay for your doctor visit every time you have to see the doctor this is the place for you. I had to have surgery, I gave the surgeons office the contact info to transfer my files to be reviewed. Without even checking Dr.Garcia's office dropped me as a patient. I went back and told them what happened and they said too bad I was already removed.
