Great overall experience!

Dr Eisen was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a clear and understandable way.

I saw Dr. Eisen today to discuss a possible surgery. I was 15min late due to traffic and getting lost. He still saw me which I was very appreciative of I know it was my fault for not being on time. He explained the surgery process and after care very throughly and was honest about if this will resolve my issue or not. He had to place a scope in my nose and I was freaking out he numbed me and was gentle and explained everything he was doing. If you would like a honest provider who explains things throughly I recommend seeing Dr. Eisen

Finally found a no BS type of doctor who knows exactly what the issue is and how to fix it. His informative and professional manner really helped relieve my health related anxieties and I couldn't recommend him enough! Will absolutely be my go to person for any ear nose and throat related issues.

Went in for nose breathing and congestion issues. Ended up needing a septoplasty /turbinate reduction. The surgery was quick, the post'-procedure instructions made care easy, and Eric did a fantastic job. My breathing is the best it has ever been.

The wait time was long (20 min) but I could hear Dr. Eisen spending time listening to his patient(an old man) next door so I didn’t mind. That’s a good sign that the doctor listens to his patient. Mine was very quick. I was done in less than 5 minutes. Fast and efficient :) Dr. Eisen: “Leave your ears alone. Earwax has antibacterial properties. Ears cleanse themselves. If you have problems, come back”. I will used the Q-Tips to clean my keyboards and not my ears ;) The receptionist and the nurse were friendly and very nice :) Wonderful office/clinic.

As most initial specialty checkups go, it was very quick and felt rushed. My concern wasn’t that serious—more of a nuisance, so maybe that’s why it was quick? He prescribed something right away for my issue (but in fairness, the cream seems to be working!). Not sure if I would recommend him.

The doctor got bored within 20 seconds of hearing what the actual problem is. And then said “I would not do a CT scan if you don’t a surgery”. Just wow! It seems he would do the diagnosis for the patients who say yes to a surgery. He had no empathy for the problems I was explaining to him and showed frustrations.

I appreciated the time that was taken with me and the patience of answering numerous questions that I had for him.

To be fair to this review, COVID has been a very difficult time to be any medical professional. His work was good, but the communication between client and doctor can use some improvement.

Dr. Eisen was very helpful and patient in addressing all of my concerns! His entire office and he made me feel comfortable my entire visit and were able to provide answers and practical next steps to address my problems. I would definitely recommend!

I am pleased with my visit to Dr Eisen's office starting with the front desk person being friendly and efficient. My visit was on time and Dr Eisen listened to my concerns, did some in room diagnostics and then reached a diagnosis. He explained the situation and the treatment plan in a way that I understood.

I left my appt feeling like he was not helpful in my health issues. I reminded him to “check my throat”. I have a follow up in two weeks but not sure what we’re following up on. I have no answers for my dizziness.

I got an appointment quickly to unblock my ears. Dr Eisen was so patient, helpful and fast!

Dr. Eisen has changed my life. I've been living with a clogged nose for years. Decided to go and get it checked out. He quickly discovered I had a deviated septum, internal valve calapse and my nose was addicted to nose spray. From that appointment we scheduled septoplasty to fix my nose. Very simple surgery and Yes you have to splints in your nostrils for 7 days. It is extremely uncomfortable, I say 7 days of misery. Everyday got better and better . Finally on the 7th day you get your splints removed. My life has changed. My nose is like it's never been before. I can smell everything I can breath easily. 7 days of misery(probably a little dramatic) is worth it for a lifetime of 0 zero breathing issues. Dr. Eisen has changed my life. Fantastic from initial office visit to post surgery! I was not able to easily breathe through my nose for years and it was getting worse, Dr. Eisen helped me try some less-invasive options first, and when surgery became the best option for me he and his staff helped me through every step. The surgery scheduler helped me find the best date and walked me through all the pre-op steps and coordinated with my insurance, all I had to do was get a pre-surgery COVID test and show up for surgery. Surgery went so smoothly, every person was so kind and had a positive attitude. Each introducing themselves and what they were there to do, then walking me through every step before doing it and asking me if I was comfortable. Special thanks to Sonja, Stephanie, and Dr. Lee for helping me stay calm. There was never any pain, not the IV, not the surgery, not after surgery - NONE! EVER! It was so easy and painless. Had 2 procedures for my nose. The procedure went smooth. Him and his team helped me with a smooth recovery process. Kudos to him and his team.

I had Dr Eisen manage my cauliflower ear injury and later fix a deviated septum. In both cases I enjoyed his professional manner and approach to the procedures. He would answer questions and explain in detail the procedure and any relevant underlying science. Both procedures in my case had a great outcome for which I'm grateful!

Dr Eisen takes time to understand and listen to my symptoms, and is very thoughtful in his diagnoses. I have never felt rushed by him, or that he has to rush to another appointment. I like that he takes the time to explain why he has come to the conclusion and recommendations, which makes me feel like I am part of the decision making process and have input into and control over my health.

After seeing an NP and three other MDs, Dr. Eisen is treating my chronic ear infection. He is personable and thorough and explains things well. I highly recommend him for ear treatments.

Dr. Eisen and his staff were top notch. I was referred to him for diagnosis and treatment of a tumor. He demonstrated a great deal of empathy. He answered all of my questions and answered the questions I didn’t know to ask. I felt very well prepared for my surgery and recovery. I highly recommend him and would see him again if necessary.

Doctor Eisen did a wonderful job with my surgery. We were so worried about the scare and damages to the nerve during the removal of a benign tumor. but all went smooth and the scare is very minimal! My experience with Dr Eisen was first class. Discussions about what to expect next were very well managed with many recommendations along the way. My treatment was explained to me well in advance and the overall hospital and recovery period was amazing. Thoroughly recommend Dr Eisen and his team based on my experience.

Doctor Eisen and his team were terrific in my experience getting a tonsillectomy. They made the process clear and as painless as possible. It is nice to work with someone who cares.

The team did a great job fixing me up. The process, the follow up and the entire staff were great.

Dr Eisen hasn’t rushed any of my appointments. From surgery to post op care, he’s taken the time to explain my circumstances that I can understand.
