Dr. Coffman is stellar and goes above and beyond

Dr Coffman is Absolutely great but his staff even his NP it takes extra energy to be that unprofessional they do things like forget to call your prescriptions in, leave you on hold LONG periods of time over 30 mins to be exact tells lies, and one of them acts like she high all the time not to mention 95% of the time they are all extremely rude. Dr. Coffman has been the best doctor and is very attentive. He takes time to listen to what is going on with each patient, both related to addiction and life itself. He is very calm and reassuring. I even referred him to a family member who also had a great experience with this doctor!

I did not feel the mere 10 min he spent could possibly Have been accurate to make a diagnosis and txt recd for anything let alone a recd for addiction care.

Never, ever see this doctor if you are a “victim” of prescription opioid abuse. He will make you feel like slime below the earth. Here you are trying to correct what previous doctors have done to you - all for money, not patient care -

I have been a patient of Dr. Coffman’s for the past 7 years. In that time, he has vastly improved my health and quality of life. His patience, kindness, and humor create a comfortable environment that encourages honest communication. I would unequivocally recommend him.

He is a awful Physician. He is all about the money, won't give you the time of day with a follow up question until you make an appointment. Says one thing to your face and documents something else. Dr. Coffman saved my life! I have not been this active in years, I’ve lost weight i’m even able to work longer hours I must admit initially I had major doubts and thought this would never work but Dr. Coffman didn’t give up on me and For that I decided to be patient and hang in there and the outcome has been absolutely great!! I have been with this doctor for over a little over a year. He is by far the most amazing doctor I’ve ever had. I can thank him for my life, as my problem has really improved under his care. My friends and family have all noticed a difference since I began seeing him.i don’t know why there are poor reviews for him, especially because one came from a 5 star doctor who has no business visiting an addiction doctor, because he is simply the best.

The dr put my son on suboxone and he continued to see the dr for several months. Each time my son went to the dr nothing was ever mentioned about money owed to them, and not one bill ever came in the mail. I assumed the 400 I paid initially covered most visits and insurance had paid the rest. Last month my son went to see the dr and they told him he couldn't come back until he paid 650.00, my son didn't have the money and never told me about this because he didn't want me to have to pay them. Needless to say he stopped going and started using again, he ended up overdosing and was rushed to the hospital. Thank god he's ok. While trying to find a long term treatment for my son he really needed to have a short supply of suboxone to carry him over until treatment. I called Coffmans office and explained how I never knew my son owed this money and how I never got a bill in the mail, I told them about my son overdosing and could I please give them 150.00 now and be put on a payment plan. The dr refused to see my son until he had a 0 balance. He's all about the money and cares nothing about helping ppl. Please everyone.. find a different addiction dr. Dr Coffman was articulate, detailed and thorough in his assessment and his staff were surprisingly friendly and reassuring. I never felt like an addict, but a patient.

The friendliest staff, nurses and doctors assistants are always happy to see you even when you yourself aren't in the best of moods. The ladies at the front counter do wonders for the office and keep the machine running strong. Dr fox is absolutely wonderful, his assistants are helpful and always there to give advice. He and Dr. Fox have been my physicians since I was 8 years old. Your visits aren't short, but its because they are GOOD Doctors, who actually sit and talk with you. Not just walk in, Dx, and get out. I pay more for insurance just to keep these guys.
