I have a friend dying from bone cancer, I just found out this evening. She was his patient. He gave her heavy pain meds. When the heavy pains meds didn't work he labeled her as a drug seeker and cold turkey'd those pain meds. He stopped seeing her because she was a bother. Nevermind the clear signs of onset dementia. She has been in excruciating pain for the last 2+ years and no one would listen because she had been labelled a seeker...at 83 mind you! 3 years of begging for answers as to why she was in so much pain. 3 years of being ignored. The healthcare system failed her. You failed her! She probably had bone cancer this whole time and you ignored her pleas for help. You and Dr. Shah should be ashamed of yourselves. To do no harm..... Dr Eric Bush is one of the best physicians in this Tristate and it's surrounding regional areas. I consider him a doctor but more a concerned friend.
Dr.Bush is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. He is part of my team treating me for stage #4 colarectal cancer. I was originally given 3 months to live when diagnosed in November 2012. November 2015 was my 3rd. year anniversary. My team is great, this page not empty because of them. Need I say more? God Bless this man he has one of the most difficult jobs, paliative care, and remains stellar with dignity kept with each patient. We need 20 Dr. Bush's, in this world.
