The doctor has given me great results and good diagnostics.
At first I rated him 5 stars. He seemed to check all the boxes even if he had a bulldog side. But as time wore on it was clear he didn't want to help and didn't want to alleviate patient suffering. He has two faces. On one hand he offered to sign forms to help me recover from a terrible accident after he refused to sign forms in a previous visit, then when I came back with the forms he never completed them. He also never ordered the most basic tests for my complaints. He doesn't refer you unless its to his brother. It seems there's a financial motive. I'm a little scared of him. He asked questions about sex and race that were not medical. He has great reviews everywhere so I suspect no one will think I'm telling the truth about him. He's not a bad doctor or incompetent and as I said he checks all the boxes but something is missing. I also hated his frat boy routine with the young white male medical student he was training. Office is nice, short wait times but hate the closed ended ques

Dr. Kessous is such a great doctor. Every time I had an appointment with him, he is very gracious and kind. He made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Kessous to everyone.

We booked an early appointment - 9:15am. A hour and half after the appointment time, we were told it would we at least another half hour before he would be available to see us. He totally overbooked patients. A very shoddy practice. He has no value or respect for other people's time. I guess it's all about the money. We left.
