Dr. Ephraim P Bartfeld

The office is horrible. Dr Bartfeld was a wonderful doctor at one time but has since dropped the ball on several (MAJOR) occasions. The staff are a bunch of know-nothing children - learning as they go - at the expense of our children. The wait time is ridiculous. You are passed through the clueless "trainees" like a piece of meat. The office may be fine for a little sniffle but I do not trust them for anything more. My son has proven major egg allergies, gluten, dairy etc and Bartfeld refused to sign a medical exemption form. He has either lost his mind or his integrity in my opinion. The immunologist was SHOCKED by this, and thankfully signed his forms. TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

THE BEST DR you will ever find! He has taken care of my son since 2001 and now takes care of my 2 grandsons. He is the most caring doctor I have ever met. Always answers calls - even at 2am. He is the perfect example of a doctor who got into this for all the right reasons. A+++++

We have seen Dr. Bartfeld since 2010, when my oldest was a few weeks old (switched from a Southbury provider that was extremely unsupportive). There is no practice I trust more. Every staff member is kind, patient, professional and courteous. The office is clean & well laid out (e.g., separate waiting areas for sick/well visits). Scheduling is easy and convenient, even for last-minute visits. They take time to make sure each procedure is clear and that kids—and parents—are comfortable before proceeding. They're great at administering shots (!!), regardless of the child's age or temperament. Most of all, we never feel rushed...e.g., I was a first-time mom—my baby cried after vaccinations, so they offered to let me stay in the exam room and nurse her as long as we needed; they helped us find a vax schedule we were comfortable with; when we were freaked about COVID, Dr. Bartfeld took his time to go over our concerns. I'm so grateful other local moms recommended him to us 10 years ago!

Dr. Bartfeld is an amazing doctor who is dedicated to his patients. He always goes above and beyond. I am so gratful for the care he provides my children with.

Dr Barfield is awesome! He takes his time with the kids and really pays attention to your concerns. I've had to call him in the night twice for my sick son and I got a call back within less than a half hour. If you ever need a quick appointment they are open to scheduling .

So happy I switched over to this office for my kids best desicion I ever made. He is so kind and his staff is amazing. They are accommodating and patient. I have told all my family members and friends about switching to this office too.

I have been extremely pleased with the care my children have received from Dr. Bartfeld and his entire office staff. They are caring, they take their time with the patients and are very accurate with diagnosis and treatment!
