I would 1000% recommend Dr Siaw. Not only is my son one of his patients but also my niece. He is always compassionate, explains everything in depth. The love for his job really shows every single visit we've had with him. My son is completely healthy now, we may have had our last visit with Dr. Siaw yesterday after 5yrs of being one of his patients and my son didn't want to leave the office.

I personally trust Dr. Siaw. I do not have Colitis anymore. And he listened when the nurses and my primary doctor wouldn't. He's a great doctor and actually worries about yours or your child's well being. I start going to him when I was 16. I had colitis & crohns disease. I'm 19 now, and 2017 I got the call that they "couldn't find any trace of the colitis" after my EDG report. So you can say what you can about Emmanuel Siaw.. but he SAVED my life. My son has been in Dr Siaws care for about 3yrs now. He has always been very caring and professional. My neice is also a patient of his, for about 8yrs or so, and her care has always been amazing as well. He listened to me and my concerns for my child when nobody else would. We were very happy to been seen by Dr. Siaw. He was thorough in his questions and was able to answer all of mine. We have tests scheduled for Tuesday, but we'd be happy to see Dr. Siaw again. He has a great bedside manner. My daughter remarked that he "did not speak too fast OR too slow." That is a high compliment from her!

I was skeptical of Dr. Siaw based on the news stories, but my son has been under his care for over 2 years. Both my son and I find him caring and professional. I would recommend him.

Dr. Siaw has been empathetic and compassionate to both my son and myself. I never feel rushed during appointments and he answers all of our questions. My son is comfortable with him, and I feel that he has been very thorough in investigating his illness.

It was such a relief to have our initial consult with Dr. Siaw. Was very thorough with H&P and explanation of upcoming procedures and answered all of our questions with a high degree of knowledge and bedside manner.

What happened to the basic fundamental tenants to patient rights at PCH? A parent should have the right to ask for a second opinion. PCH should be a place where parents can trust their child is receiving the best medical care that is beneficial to the child, not to meet the underhanded, selfish needs of a doctor who is not looking out for the best interest of the child. It is stressful enough living with a chronically ill child, but then you add the fear that at any moment the doctor can overstep a parent's right and the patient's right to be involved in medical decision. Beware of this physician. Dr. Siaw contacted CPS/DSC on a mother when she asked for a second opinion. These two sisters were removed from their loving home. They are not the only reported cases of families he has done this to. He is dangerous.

I would not entrust this doctor with any child. He is responsible for turning in two sisters to DCS after the mother asked for a second opinion when she questioned him. Since when is it a crime to ask for a second opinion? He also alleged medical abuse on the mother's part for the feeding tubes which he in fact had ordered to be surgically implanted in years past. He now claimed that the tubes were unnecessary and had them removed after calling CPS on the mother. The sisters lost over 20% and 17% of their body weights respectively due to the removal of the feeding tubes that provided their nutrition. These sisters are being used as human guinea pigs for the purpose of a drug trial. I would not entrust this doctor with any child. I understand that Mr. Siaw is allegedly involved in multiple instances of calling DCS on parents when they disagree with him or request a second opinion. The end result is that the children are taken away from their families. If fortunate, the parents might get supervised visits for a short time. Ultimately, however, there seems to be a pattern of DCS calling in a psychologist, perhaps Brenda Bursch from UCLA who specializes in illness falsification. She then diagnoses one or the other parent with Munchausen by Proxy. DCS proceeds to the process of terminating parental rights. Judges always agree with the doctors and DCS. Parents may not have a trial for a year. Meanwhile, the children are eligible to be entered into profitable drug trials. Parents have no recourse against these doctors teamed with DCS. I would consider it a high risk to take a child to Mr. Siaw. This doctor is the reason 2 sisters were medically kidnapped! He is a snake! If you love and cherish your children do not take them to this doctor! He will call CPS so they become foster children so they are able to do genetic research without your permission and try to sever your rights! The courts will help him do thissp too! It is happening right now!!! And the 2 sisters are being neglected and are in terrible danger and the courts and CPS are letting it happen!
