Dr. Sigalas is amazing, no pain whatsoever, so thankful. Trina , Joan, and Ana were above and beyond, helpful, friendly, as well as professional. Very pleased.

I've had 3-4 root canals throughout my life but yesterday I finally found a very professional and kind dentist that specializes in root canals. All past root canals were very bad experiences. None of the other dentists really cared if I was comfortable but Dr Sigalas went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I was in an accident as child and my nose was broken and never healed correctly. Consequently, I have a difficult time breathing through my nose especially when in a reclined position. I explained this to Dr Sigalas and he made sure that the chair wasn't leaned back too far. I also metabolize the pain injections very fast thus they wear off within about 20min. So every 20min dentists have to give me another injection. I explained this to Dr Sigalas and every few minutes he made sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. He has a 3D CT scanner that takes x-rays in surround which allows him to find any possible issues before the root canal is even started. It was a pain free experience. Dr Sigalas is wonderful. He is friendly, quick, efficient and excellent at his work. After numbing medicine, there was no pain for the procedure. He talked with me about the steps through the root canal procedure. The assistant, Corbin, is also wonderful, young and bright, dose his work extremely well. He is very efficient and friendly. The office staff Coral and Trina are very friendly and made my both checks in and out very fluent. The clinic is very well setup. The environment is great. The whole system is very efficiently built. Upon finishing up procedure, checking out with paperwork which is for both patients and referring general dentists are ready. In and Out is within a very reasonable time. I had a third procedure today with Dr. Sigalas. He is simply the best. He is highly skilled in his work and has a wonderful and caring personality. I felt no pain! Joan is also wonderful, calm, and caring. I highly recommend this practice!

NO PAIN AT ALL!!! Dr Sigalas is the most caring dentist I have ever seen. He truly believes that his patients should feel no pain. He explains what is happening and checks on his patients continuously. I had an emergency root canal with him in May and I was gladly suprised that I honestly felt nothing at all. I was so scared for no reason. I had my 2nd root canal with him this week and again NO PAIN at all. The office is so nice and professional. Trina & Tania in the front office are on top of everything! Polite, kind, informative!! Lupita, the new assistant, was wonderful too! She made me feel comfortable and did a great job! Dr Sigalas, you and your team are amazing! I am telling everyone I know to go to YOU! THANK YOU for making Root Canals comfortable and not scary at all. Oh and I have to mention there was another patient in just before me - he was deathly afraid and wanted sedation. Outstanding Service & Pain Free I recommend Dr. Sigalas and his staff 100% outstanding service, comprehensive, and courteous. He explained me the process of the root canal, and it was pain free. I suffered all this time because I was scare. Joann thanks for being so sweet.

I would highlight recommend Dr. Sigalas and his staff. They are very professional and friendly. I was in and out of the office in 1:15 minutes for my root canal. Dr. Sigalas explained the procedure thoroughly and ensured that i was comfortable and not in any pain. He continued to monitor I was doing ok throughout the procedure. My not so pleasant experience with a local dentistry led to my finding Dr. Sigalas through Google. Simply put, he and his staff (Brittany, Trina and Tryntyty) were awesome! While I may have had a brave face on, I was more than a little scared to get a root canal. Up until 4 months ago I had never had a cavity let alone something of this magnitude. Dr. Sigalas doesn’t believe a patient should ever feel pain. Don’t believe me? Ask him. I didn’t feel a thing. I barely felt the shots to numb by month. Dr. Sigalas and Brittany were so personable and made the time fly. I hope I never have to have another root canal but if I do you better believe I’m going here! Dr. Sigalas made wrong diagnose on my teeth. After re-treatment, the teeth is still hurting so bad that I can't fall asleep. The re-treatment cost me $422 out of pocket +$647 insurance payment. But a general dentist fixed my teeth afterwards for just $100. And 5 months later, his assistant called me back for another $53 payment of consultation. How could it happen that he made serious wrong decision on my teeth and ask for another payment after gaining >$1000 ?? Dr. Sigalas made wrong diagnose on my teeth. Wonderful experience! Had a Root Canal yesterday! He was very personable and caring! Also very capable! He and his Assistant, Chloe, took good care of me! I would definitely recommend him!!??

I went for a root canal. Man.. Doctor Sigalas was amazing. He did it with so much ease and I felt at much ease as well. It all got over even before I could realize. Great job

I was referred to Dr. Sigalas by my dentist for a possible root canal and I showed up at his office 5 minutes later. Because I was in pain he not only saw me immediately (today, 6-4-18) with no appointment, he performed the root canal on the spot! Sigalas is a great dentist and my initial impression is that he is just a good man and a wonderful, intelligent person as well. He explained everything thoroughly and caused me virtually no pain. The staff is very friendly, professional and proficient. I couldn't be more happy with my visit (well, as happy as one can be about a root canal) and I highly recommend Dr Sigalas and Endodontic Associates of Irving.
