This is the worst doctor ever..... I wouldn't let her practice on my dogs!! She was so uncaring and hateful doctor l ever known!! The whole staff is obtuse and Liars!! I really don't consider Spremulli a doctor.... she's more of the tyrant!!! She and incompetent staff should be put in jail how they treated my father!!!! She screams and tell you that she going to let us take him home to die!! Please take your family some where else for better treatment!!!! ???????????????????????????????? 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR -100 STARS I was recently diagnosed with cancer and there in NO WAY I would come here!!! I choose Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan Georgia. 8 days after my diagnosis they have done over the phone and via Tele Med appointment what it took these inept dingalongs 3 MONTHS to do for my Daddy!! Plus everything is under one roof. Daddy was going to about 5 different places and they NEVER could get all their ducks in a row! Dr Spumulli and Staff ....I HATE YOUR GUTS????????????No doubt iny mind had MY precious Daddy been taken to UAB or CTCA he would be alive today...BUT..I was not consultatated about the treatment for MY Daddy????All I heard from EVERYONE involved in the decision making process was how far...too far...too far ...too far....far it was and that " Chemo is chemo". That may be so but TREATMENT IS NOT TREATMENT and my Daddy deserved better than choosing the closest place????????????????Interesting though that 1 of those involved in the decision now has the same kind of Cancer that Daddy had and guess the fiddle dee dee who is NOT getting treatment from Dr SENILE.....? Dr Spremulli is the most uncaring, heartless, unsympathetic dr I’ve ever heard of. My brother-in-law waa being by her for lung cancer with some mets to spine and coccyx. She treated him as if he was a drug addict. He was admitted to the hospital yesterday for high fever, extremely low WBC and severe dehydration. She came in to do rounds this morning and treated him so callously. Yelling, wanting to know “what in the world” he was doing in the hospital. And then wanting to know if he’d seen a pain management dr yet when he’s been too weak to sit up. Please whatever you do, don’t take your family to this dr. I have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. My surgeon recommended Dr Spermulli, & she has been fabulous! She & her staff spent quite a bit of time explaining the process etc. The staff, Jackie, Amanda, all are excellent care givers in a difficult situation! Highly recommend!! Love em!

She is very proficient,efficient, kind,attentive AND professional! A real jewel among gems. I should know, because I had 2 oncologists in Springfield Missouri at one of the top 10 cancer centers in the U.S. Halston Cancer Center.

great,clean and very helpful i love her and hagler, i just wish i could go back but ive missed a few months due too issues with transportation but i really need to come back please.im really not feeling good but i dont know how to get back to being seen this is april fowler

Dr. Spremulli is a wonderful doctor. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and appreciate her taking every precaution in regard to my health. Also, I appreciate her obviously God-given talents in delivering first-class medical treatment to oncology patients. I am confident that she has given me the best.....and I did not have to travel 50 miles to get treatments! Finally.......her smile is worth a million dollars to me. May God bless her always!

Dr. Spremulli works from 4:30 in the morning until into the night either seeing patients or researching on their behalf. She taught oncology for years before going into practice in Anniston in 1984 where she has been since.
