We had a most positive experience for our son's pectus excavatum survey. Through all appointments and both hospitalizations (bar placement and removal), Dr Reynolds was incredibly professional and personable. Her knowledge and experience brought assurance to us during this medical situation.

She did surgery on both of my kids a month apart. She is a very great surgeon. She was only going in to remove my son's apendix when she was hit with a very bigger unexpected problem that was not seen ( malrotation). She took care of it. We then got our daughter tested and she too had to have surgery. Dr. Reynolds took days off before her surgery and scheduled our daughter first thing, since this is a very intense surgery. once again my child surprised her with an bigger type of malrotation.

This amazing lady along with another surgeon saved my sons life she took her time with his complicated surgery and I am so greatful she was there for my son!!! I can't thank her enough for everything she has done and what she has given back to my family! She is a great surgeon there is no doubt about that.

Poor bedside manner. Seemed more interested in avoiding the parents than informing them and answering questions.
