Elizabeth A. Stuller

Dr. Stuller is awesome. She takes the time to fully explain complex concepts and facts with an obvious passion for her field. She's very patient and thorough, and is never pushy when it comes to suggested methods or medication. Pat, her office manager, is such a kind, caring person. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Stuller and her practice.

Dr. Stuller is a very good psychiatrist. I truly trust her to treat my husband. However, it’s her receptionist that causes the problem. I am not going to name her but if you’re one of Dr. Stuller’s patient and had a bad experience you will know who’s that person is. I am not sure what is going on with her but it seems like she loves to take money from their patients. I was in shocked when I checked my credit card charges today and was charge $350 from Stuller Resetting LLC. We didn’t had any consultation appointment today and this charged is unauthorized! I called my cc customer service to confirm if it was actually charged on my account and they did confirm it. Also, everytime we have a consultation with Stuller, the receptionist always overcharged us. Her reason is because it takes time to write the prescription and they have to mail it. I am not sure if Dr. Stuller is aware of how her receptionist treats her patient. She should hire a new receptionist. Update: I spoked with her receptionist on the next day after the charged on my cc was done. I told her that my cc was charged and we didn’t had any consultation. She said “It was a mistake “ in a angry tone of voice! She didn’t even apologize with her own mistake. I get it people made mistakes! But a simple call explaining about what happened would be appreciated. However, she didn’t even inform me about the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT. Too all Stullers new patient or current patient I would recommend not to authorize her receptionist to save your cc # on their file to avoid any UNAUTHORIZED transaction. Had high hopes for my son...but instead it all was about the $$$.

Dr. Stuller is really nice but I will no longer be seeing her due to being treated rudely by her receptionist. I called 2 days in advance to cancel an appointment because I had to go out of state last minute for a really important medical procedure which the doctor was able to get me in for due to a cancellation and I wasn’t going to make it home in time. Her receptionist, Pat, said with an attitude, “well you know, you always do this”. I explained the situation politely and asked to reschedule and was told to call back when I got back in town and then was hung up on. I should also note that I had cancelled an appointment only ONCE before, also with sufficient notice. I liked seeing Dr. Stuller but won’t be treated this way when we’re paying so much money out-of-pocket to see her. I wonder if she knows how her receptionist treats her clients sometimes. She's the best

I am the mental health coach manager at a residential facility for people with mental health challenges. We referred some of our residents to Dr. Stuller and had amazing results – Both the residents and their families were very pleased with how knowledgeable, caring, responsive, and effective she was, and with how much what she recommended helped them. Horrible person. Will only take certain patients. Not really out to help

Worst money grabber I've seen. She pretends to be liberal, concerned for patients, but the exact opposite is true. IV NAD for $12k and hyperbaric chamber for $13k besides her charges.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Stuller and Pat. I have had OCD my whole life and it has been a battle. I have a great family and successful career. However, when OCD and its evil friend depression come in, it is debilitating. I was sick of going through these cycles every few years. I was also tired of side effects from an SSRI. I am fortunate that I had the means to afford out of pocket treatment because my insurance does not cover much. Dr. Stuller helped me through a really hard time after a personal loss. She ran neurotransmitter tests, bloodwork and genetic tests to see how my body interacts with different medications. She really took the guessing game out of my treatment for me. I have a common gene mutation that explains the chronic pain I deal with for being an active person and my mental health issues. She helped address these issues in my treatment. I truly think I was meant to meet these wonderful ladies. They were the right fit for me at the exact time I needed them most. I cannot say enough about Dr. Stuller and Pat. Dr.Stuller saved my daughters life. I will sing her praises while I attend the funerals of children who have overdosed. What price can u put in your child's life? Dr. Stuller is without a doubt one of the best addiction psychiatrists in the country. She genuinely cares not only about her work and research, but her patients as well. Moreover, she is a kind soul, is easy to get along with, and establishes a great doctor-patient working relationship. I am disappointed that I am no longer a patient of Dr. Stuller's as I live in North Carolina, but I do continue to keep in touch with her for advice.
