I'm new to the Ocala, FL. area. Needed a root canal. Was reffered to Dr Nixon. Like most, I am a nervous wreck about dental work, and have had a few root canals in the past. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Nixon is crazy good, it could not have gone better. If your in need of oral surgery, I would not hesitate to book with this office. They are fantastic, start to finish.

Dr Nixon is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have had several root canals in the past. She is by far the BEST!

I had a root canal done and went straight to work afterwards and did not have any pain. Dr Nixon and assistant did a great job and I would recommend this service to anyone needing a root canal!

Sadly had to get 2 root canals done. This Doctor is outstanding relaxing atmosphere very good at what she does my dentist recommended another Doctor first.. After doing my own homework I decided to have her change the referral to Doctor Nixon best decision I have made in 2019. Zero pain slight discomfort and done right Glad I don't need another but if I did this is where I go Thanks Doc! Sadly had to get 2 root canals done. I was in Florida for a winter break when I needed a root canal and Dr. Nixon was recommended. I will say that experience was great (if you can say this about a root canal) the staff was very pleasant to deal with. Danielle is a great assistant and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I needed the X-ray to be sent for a follow up procedure when I returned home and Dr. Nixon was very quick to respond. Dr Nixon diagnosed that I had a cracked tooth but wasn't sure until she got into it whether it was savable or not. She did the root canal and hopefully if my dentist can cover the small crack with the crown, the tooth was saved. Daniel and Dr Nixon were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone come see her if you experience any kind of tooth pain or sensitivity to hot or cold.

Just had a modern root canal done comfortably by Dr. Nixon. She is obviously, a highly skilled expert using microscopes and the Gentle Wave system which gave me confidence that I was in the right office. Her friendly personality and staff made my experience in her office a pleasant one.

I was referred to Dr. Nixon about 10 years ago for a dental issue I was experiencing. She resolved it quickly and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. It was a surgical procedure, but her confidence and skill greatly eased my fears. The staff was very accommodating, especially since I was needing extra accommodation due to being far along in my pregnancy. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend her to anyone else needing a root canal. The procedure was pain-free and she was very gentle. Overall, excellent experience!
