Dr. Elizabeth T Lu

The staff was great especially the doctor's assistant but the doctor was not very nice. She left the exam room abruptly and we did not get to ask all the questions we wanted to ask. Will not be returning and will definitely not recommend her.

I asked for help with my paperwork, tried to explain that I literally can't write, focused so hard on writing I misspelled something and had a breakdown, went up to the counter, asked for help AGAIN, was rebuked AGAIN and told to wait until someone could help, eventually, on the verge of another breakdown I shouted "Is anyone going to help me with my paperwork?" (Nearly an hour after I had made it there) and had to get help from a FELLOW PATIENT. (I then had another breakdown and had to go outside for a bit. My nerves have been high) when I got back in they took me to the back, (there was some bs music playing that nearly made me throw my cane at their CD player until I remembered I had my headphones on me and I was able to put on some soothing Linkin Park) said something condescending about shoe inserts trying to sell me theirs (I actually used nice ones, and only stopped because my feet recently started swelling to the point I couldn't fit both feet and inserts into my shoes) told me MANY times that they were only doing my nails this once because it's my first time and it wouldn't be free again because I'm not diabetic (I told her I could get a pedicure elsewhere) and I had to pay $40 for an antifungal toenail thing and an additional $14 for a weird gummy thing for the hammer toe that really hurt and was the main reason I saw her. If I ever have to see a podiatrist again (I hope not) I'm asking for the one in Atoka. Anytime I go to Dr. Lu's, I am greeted by her friendly and professional staff. Dr. Lu has always provided the upmost treatment with genuine concern. She is professional and caring; and I have no hesitation in referring her to any one.

I have gone to Dr. Lu for several foot problems. Each visit I am greet by her professional and friendly staff.. Dr. Lu always takes care of my ailments quickly and efficiently. I recommend Dr. Lu to anyone.
