Elizabeth Anne Frankman

Dr. Frankman was the most dismissive MD I’ve ever been to. I was getting more than one opinion about my medical issue - advocating for myself - and she acted as if I was wasting her precious time. There’s a lot to be said for bedside manner and my heart goes out to all her poor patients that don’t stand up for themselves and find a Doctor who deserves to be paid and employed. I, literally, make friends on airplanes and can get along with virtually anyone; take my word and avoid Dr. Frankman... you’ll save yourself a miserable and pointless hour.

I was never even able to have a visit with Dr. Frankman. She was recommended to me by my previous provider who left the practice. I made an appointment a number of months ahead of time. Three days before my appointment her nurse calls me and says that Dr. Frankman doesn't believe that she is the correct specialist to treat my issue and perhaps I should see someone else. I said she is the same specialty as the provider that I had been seeing and they were in the same group practice. She said she could refer me to someone else, but it would be 6 months before I could get an appt. Without seeing me she was willing to renew my prescriptions as I was running out. I said no way, I don't want to waste my time with a provider who won't take the time to see me. I would never refer anyone to Dr. Frankman. The entire experience with her nurse and office was terrible. I am not one to write reviews on providers, but I felt the need to do so this time.

Very disappointed. I waited a long tome for this appointment. I am a person who is always early and today I got stuck in rush hour /construction traffic. I called from the car to let the doctor know that I was going to be a few minutes late because of traffic. I got there & she wouldn't see me. I was 10 minutes late. My first impression of her is not very good. Where's the compassion a provider should have? I'm sure these things happen to her as well. Needless to say I will find another doctor.
