spends a lot of time asking questions and explaining things to you. Very good doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. She gave me suggestions on improving my blood sugar level to prevent diabetes.

Dr. Crognale is very kind and straight forward. She listens well and always discusses options and pros/cons of treatments. I've used her for 17 years and will continue to do so as long as she's in practice.

Don't recommend. This is the only primary care physician in this office. If you have unlimited amount of time to wait in the office and wait for appointments then it might be okay. I never actually got to see her she might be a great doctor but I have to go elsewhere because I don't have unlimited time to wait in the office.

I've been going here for 16 years. Dr. Crognale is a fantastic doctor. She's very patient, kind and understanding, and she explains things very well. Always to the point and straight forward .

22 years in the military and I have received medical care at all levels all over the world and Dr. Crognale is the absolute best there is! Knowledgeable, detailed, compassionate and she takes time with you to explain everything and answer all questions. Needless to say, I trust my family's life with her without hesitation!

Call to get a premier care doctor and now the guy picks up and stated we don't accept Anthem called back and next person said they do very bad for business not a good place at all to tell someone one thing and someone else tells you another thing smh

I have been a patient of Dr. Crognale for a number of years. I remain satisfied with Dr. Crognale's expertise as my physician, but have chosen to leave leave Premier Healthcare practice for a number of reasons. Mainly, the office is a disaster. My last appointment it took me 2 1/2 hours to get through from beginning to end my appointment. A 1 1/2 hour in the waiting room and an hour back in the exam room waiting while you are ignored until you stick your head out and ask, have I been forgotten

It took a while to get an appointment for my "first visit" but over all it went very smoothly. She listened and addressed all of my concerns. I didn't feel I was rushed through the office visit. I will continue to see Dr. Crognale. Hopefully no issues will arise, so far so good.

Dr. Crognale's bedside manner is non-existent. She was apathetic to my situation and my requests for help. She would not even give me a note when I requested one to just show I had been in her office. But most importantly as I was still in severe pain, I went to the ER immediately after my office visit with he. My radiographs confirmed a serious medical condition that did require me to miss work for 4 days and multiple prescriptions.
