She's awesome. She's professional, takes the time to explain things, and is one of the best doctors I've seen at Austin Regional Clinic. Can't recommend her enough.

Placed an URGENT call in to Dr. Clayton's office this morning, April 19, 2021. Have been suffering with a chronic sinus infection causing extreme pain and which in turn is triggering migraines. I explained to the triage nurse that I had just gotten over a 2 day "icepick" migraine caused from the sinus infection pain. Wanted to know if Dr. Clayton could prescribe something that would have a more immediate effect in resolving the chronic sinus infection since the nasal sprays had stopped working for me. Spoke with 4 different nurses 7 different times, each time, having to explain why I was calling. The result? I was told 3 hrs after my URGENT call that the dr. would not help me and to go to the ER if I felt I was getting a migraine. The whole point was to see if I she could prescribe something to PREVENT me from having to deal with another icepick migraine. This level of unprofessional treatment of a patient is appalling. Either Dr. Claytons nurse did not accurately relay the message to Dr. Clayton, or the doctor just blew me off for some reason. Either way, to treat a patient in this manner is totally unacceptable by people who are supposed to be professionals. I am currently awaiting a telemed appt with my pcp this afternoon.
