I have been seeing Dr. Seay for over a year now and have made significant improvements to my health in a holistic way. We concentrated at the beginning, current mental health ailments, but this also coincided with check-ins/progress on nutrition, sleep hygiene, and other major factors that may affect mental health. It has been a positive journey to undoing childhood trauma, maintaining reactions to stressors, and relearning habits. Overall, I feel healthier than I have been in five years and I am proud of the current progress made - which is something I could not dote on in the past! Thank you, Dr. Seay!

My application of the gentle suggestions of subject-appropriate exercises, readings and listenings were literally what lead me to today--my very last therapy session! Although I was sad to say goodbye, I know confidently that I am and always will be okay. Her work is invaluable.
