I don’t recommend this place. I am a young mom and I was in my last trimester and dr Langdon never told me about any hospitals or about her delivering my baby. 2 weeks before I gave birth I went in for an appointment and I never got checked for dilation she would only measure my stomach and that was it. Also I would never give me any information about anything regarding how big my baby was or anything like that. I don’t recommend this place. Mistreated us during what was supposed to be one of the happiest periods of our lives. Didn’t tell us about deadlines for certain tests. No warmth in that office.

Have been seeing Dr. Langdon for a few years. Always bothered me that she leaves pap test container open (uncovered) with brushes/swabs in the container on the counter for assistant to deal with when she is done, but a good obgyn is hard to find in this town. Most recently the COVID response has been very lacking in her office. No advice whatsoever before visit to wear a mask or take any precaution. No removed lobby furniture or social distancing protocols in waiting room. Shared pens, clipboards, not cleaned between patient use, and assistants not wearing masks speaking to patients in waiting room. Shared water pitcher in the lobby which a patient used and then touched to a cup she had already used. Dr. Langdon didn't know that she sent me for a referral less than a week prior to my visit and couldn't remember or articulate the reason. Also, free B12 shot advertised in patient rooms for a good review?!? I'm seriously concerned for my health and safety going into this office. Have been seeing Dr. Langdon for a few years. I'm going to add to the long list of people saying to stay away from this is office. First and foremost, they gave me a bacteria infection that landed me in the ICU for a week. Aside from that the staff is lazy with follow through, pre auths, etc. The doctor is not up to speed on new medication or options for women. She doesn't give you time to discuss your family's plans or ask questions. She's dismissive when you try to find out more. They never call with test results as promised. Billing is a hassle every time even though my insurance is great. Just stay away.

I saw Dr. Langdon twice & both were disappointing visits. First pregnancy, she came off recommendation. I do NOT recommend her. She withheld the heartbeat from my husband & I at both our 8 wk and 13 wk appts claiming "it is too early to hear it." That isn't true, you can, at both weeks & learning this infuriated us! In reality, she was too lazy to find it. She didn't listen to me, my concerns, was very quick, almost in a rush and not personable. She is a one woman show, OB, US tech, NP all in one. So if you're up for that, great. I didn't care for her. We barely got US photos at our 2nd appt, my husband had to request them at the last second before she completed the US. We gladly switched providers at 13 wks. I don't trust her with my life if something were to go wrong in labor. My BP is high at the doc always and she told me at 8 week I would get preeclampsia if I kept it up. New doc has no concerns with it because they listened to me when I presented my BP log. She didn't listen.

I will never go to this office again. Most of the staff is great except Dr. Langdon assistant. Their bedside manner is horrible when there is a problem.

Dr Langdon in my opinion is the world's greatest doctor. She is thorough, kind, patient, professional & elegant. She is well versed in her field & I'm grateful she is my doctor. She's a blessing.

WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I have HPN insurance which they accept. I got their info OFF HPN. Called to get an appointment so I could get a referral as the fertility place I need requires one. As soon as they knew it was for a referral they wanted to reject my insurance and charge me as a CASH client only- $225!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT. A. SHAKEDOWN. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Langdon! She is extremely caring, professional, personable, and a lot of her office staff is great (especially Carol!) Dr Langdon delievered my 1st son. I had an emergency c section with a preemie baby she was so professional and caring. I am now pregnant with my second son and she will be delivering him as well I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pregnancy other than her. I found her on Healthgrades and had never had an OB before so I didn't know what to expect. I had just had a miscarriage sadly for my first visit, & she was very thoughtful & encouraging. One year later She was patient with me during labor (unlike my husband & labor nurse) and suggested actions to me we could take according to my dwindling strength. She helped me deliver without any medication! She was like a second mom! Love her personality! Office wait times fluctuate. Always express concerns

I switched to Dr. Elena with my third child and I am soooo happy I did. She is super nice and very knowledgeable. She cares about her patients and always takes her time. I had an amazing experience with her. You're the best Dr. ELENA!

Overall, my experience was great She's very confident and medically very sound. She can be a little edgy, but that's just her personality. On delivery day, she was very calm even when the baby was somewhat stuck and helped make my birth experience wonderful. The only downside-she frequently runs late. Doctors these days overbook!!!

I saw Dr. Langdon for a routine check-up. The office ordered some labs, and told me they'd call with the results. A month later I finally hear from her office... to tell me that they've moved and I should schedule a new visit. I declined that particular invitation.

After my OB/GYN no longer accepted my insurance, I asked for a recommendation from her & my primary care physician; Dr. Langdon was on both lists. For years I tried to treat my fibroids using least invasive procedures, but it was finally time for a hysterectomy. Dr. Langdon was very thorough & used great judgement when calling in another specialist when other conditions were revealed during surgery. Her expertise, & judgement are top-notch & I love her sense of humor! Staff are caring as well!

I was a patient of Dr Langdon's for a couple of years and while it always bothered me how long I had to wait for an appointment or how short of a time she spends with her patients, I dealt with it because I just figured she was in high demand. The final straw, however, was when I called first thing this morning to reschedule my appointment (my period started unexpectedly) and I was rudely told that I had to pay a fee for the unexpected cancellation. Horrible customer service. Privacy violated. I will not trust them with my health again. The doctor was satisfactory, the office staff, appalling. I have waited hours to be seen. I did not use strong language, I informed I would be reviewing the office on yelp and health grades and was hung up on.
